This plate can take the heat

Advantages: can withstand heat up to 300 c

...I have 2 Pyrex reheat plates I do used them often. These plates are a clear toughened glass they are 25cm radius. About the same as most dinner plates. So why do I use these and what for? Well I use them in the microwave and in the oven as they are made of borosilicate glass and can be heated up to 300c without breaking. I use these plates as a splatter guard in the microwave when I am cooking in a pot without a lid. I also use them in the microwave as a plate if I wish to cook /reheat something. I have sometimes put a complete dinner on it frozen it and put it in the microwave to heat up useful I did a couple of plates like this after I had come out of hospital. One I have seen baby use is the baby plate, it was a china plate but a melamine one is also produced. *Shape. Now this Bunnykins baby plate is a better shape for baby really than the flat plate or even the cereal/pudding type bowl. It has a flat stable base and straight sides /edges. There is a lip at the top of the straight sides this makes the bowl easier for mummy/daddy/nanny to grip while feeding baby. Personally I prefer the standard flat plate, or the other shape of bowl, Albion I believe its called, the pudding shaped bowl. A Crazy Fit Review

...I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. There is a bit of nostalgia and reminiscing on my part after this recipe dedicated to my wonderful Grand parents. Plate Cake Makes 10 slices Butter - 100 g (3½ oz) Plain flour - 225 g (8 oz) Sugar - 100 g (3½ oz) Dried mixed fruit - 100 g (3½ oz) Baking powder - 1 tbsp Grated nutmeg - ½ tsp Eggs ? 2, beaten Milk - 150 ml (¼ pint) METHOD Rub the butter into the flour, add the sugar, fruit, baking powder and nutmeg and stir in. Mix in the eggs and gradually stir in the milk. Turn onto a greased 25 cm (10 inch) ovenproof plate. Yamaha 211-silver plated!

Advantages: Cheap student model, good quality, good brand
Disadvantages: higher register not very clear, heavy, dull in colour

..., and even then it could probably be sorted out with practice. For earlier grades, this flute is perfect. The lower register is beautifully projected, and overall the flute produces a warm sound. In addition to this, the 211 is pretty robust because the quality of metals used by yamaha is fantastic! I used to really handle mine badly, and it hardly hurt at all. One downfall is that occasionally the screws do loosen slightly, though this is bound to happen with any flute over time. The silver plating also tarnishes with time, and it may be worth having it professionally cleaned once in a while! In a nutshell- definately the best beginner flute on the market! In my opinion suitable up to grade 5, though i'm sure it would get you through higher grades! The 211 is perfect for a first instrument!...
