...I have been looking at puzzles thinking about one to buy for my 3 year old granddaughter. This play park puzzle by Galt is one I am seriously thinking of getting. The box of this puzzle has a handle to carry it by. The puzzle is a floor puzzle measuring 45cm x 60cm (18" x 24"). Small children find it easy to do puzzles on the floor I think it would be useful to have a large drawing board to maker it on though not just the carpet. This puzzle has 24 pieces they are large and easy to hold and fit into each other. The puzzle is made from thick board with a wipe-clean surface. It looks very durable should last a long time. Adele Parks 'Playing Away'

Advantages: a good read, great characterisation

...Playing Away is a novel written by Adele Parks, a young British author. I had not heard of her before, but the book was recommended to me by a friend, and the cover declares the novel is the closest you will get to having an affair, without having one - so it sounded interesting !! It is the story of Connie & Luke's marriage, told from Connie's viewpoint. On the surface she has it all - a good job, nice home, perfect husband and it is early on in their marriage. They are the envy of their friends. But when Connie goes away to a conference and meets John, a handsome flirt, why is she tempted to stray ? ...Over the years, I've become quite a fan of the chick-lit and bloke-lit genres. It's one of those guilty pleasures, in which you know every time you pick the book up that you should be reading something with a bit more depth but you just don't quite have the will power to let go. Fortunately, I think I may just have found the book to cure my addiction to the genre. A couple of years ago, I was given a free book on the purchase of a travel guide. The Wii game Wi Play is a game which you can get for the Nintendo Wii, its one of the only games which comes with a Wii Remote included. As you pay around the same price for a remote as for this game with remote it is really like getting a free game. The game consists of 12 mini games, which you unlock as you go along. My favourite park!

Advantages: Lots of space and things to see and do
Disadvantages: None

...of football and all the other usual park things! In all the park covers more than 250 hectares. Not all of the park is just made up of field as there are other facilities in the park which I will go through. Facilities: So where to start? The park has many things for visitors to enjoy including, as expected first of all, a playground for the children! I remember always going here as a child as the play area was much better than the park within walking distance from us. The slide in particular when you are young is quite high and was lots of fun! They have swings, climbing frames and lots of other little bits and bobs - in the summer and especially at weekend the playground is packed with families. There is normally always an ice cream van parked up too at weekends and this is an added highlight for the youngsters and adults alike...

The wii remotes are arond £30 depending where you get them from (prices do differ from place to place), and this game is around £30 itself, with the wii remote. SO what I have deducted from that is that Wii Play is a game which comes free with the remote itself rather than the other way round.
