...I am sure you can tell from the name of this product, Sony PlayStation2 Slimline, that this product is alot smaller in size and shape to its bidder brother, The Sony Playstation2. This new design was released in September 2004 and overall, it is much prefered to its previous because of its weight, size, sound and mobility. In my opinion, the slimline model is much more attractive than the origonal one because it is so much smaller. The thickness of this product has been reduced to under 3cm which is almost one third the thickness of the older version. As a result, the PlayStation2 Slimline looks much more compact and in my view, the smaller the better. Furthermore, not only has the size of the product been reduced, but also te weight too, which again, adds to the appeal of the product. Overall the slimline version has lost half...

Decent dance mat for use with Playstation DDR games

Advantages: Allows you to play fantastic dance mat games, good value for a sturdy mat
Disadvantages: Can creep across the floor - needs better underside, different to arcade machine DDR

...Dance mat games are a great way to exercise , and are very satisfying as you go up through to difficulty levels, improve mentally and physically. The game is also great fun in small parties and gatherings, where there are plenty of songs that a beginner can complete. A fabric dance mat is the basic requirement for plying these dance games on the playstation one and the PS2.t I got a Logic 3 dance mat bundled with my first DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) game, and really enjoyed playing it. The game was similar to the DDR arcade games (with none of the long steps where you have to stay on the pad), and this suited the Logic 3 mat well. This mat lasted about 3 years, but the 'down' arrow broke after being stored incorrectly - always fold the mats between the buttons, as the mat is originally packaged to avoid damage. Review of Logic 3 Playstation Dance Mat

One of the best RPG for Playstation console

Advantages: Good storyline, fun and enjoyable to play, good soundtrack and game system
Disadvantages: None that I can think of

There are NPCs called Masters throughout the game, and each will grants any characters who became their pupils new skills and bonuses during level up. Some of the most powerful skills in game can only be acquired from masters. The fishing mini game is also fun but can be annoying sometimes, especially when the line snaps when players managed to hook a lunker. Kiddy Console or PlayStation2 beater

Advantages: Small, cheap, powerful

.... The controllers have 8 buttons (3 shoulder, 1 start and 4 thumb buttons) and 2 analogue sticks and a d-pad. They are the most comfortable controllers I've ever used, due to the way they fit in your hands. The 'Cube takes Mini-DVD's - ehich is Nintendos way of trying to prevent videogame piracy. These discs are tiny, yet fit an amazing 1.5 GB of data on. Upon starting the console you get a lovely GameCube logo, which prompts you to set the date and time the first time you play it. On the top are a power button, reset button and open button, with a lovely orange power light. I won't review the games here, but graphically the GameCube's graphics are noticeably better than PlayStation 2, and far smoother but not as detailed as my PC. Advantages: Good Mic, Good Camera

...This is a good little addition to the playstation 3 acessories collection. This camera/microphone is probably the best one out for the playstation at the moment. The camera boasts great features such as voice recognition microphone which in my personal opinion is spot on! it filters out uneccesary noises (dog, hoover,fridgefreezer) and is great because there is no echo in game. The main disadvantage of the voice recognition is the fact that you can only use it when you are in a quiet environment with nobody there as it will pick up on any conversation in and out of the room. As for the camera its zoom and auto focus make it very easy to use however the zoom is manual and only has two settings either really close or really far away. Play, play, play little station

Advantages: Easy to find, cheap, tons of games available

...I owned a Playstation when they were new, I didn't buy mine right away though. Instead I was sensible and waited for a 1st then 2nd price drop when I bought mine in 1996. New games were still being released pretty much every week so you had a huge choice. I've had my current Playstation for over 8 years now having bought it off Ebay with a few games, a memory card and an extra controller for under £30. It was slightly damaged (the aerial input wire is a bit loose) but it works fine with a bit of tape to keep it in place. Games are easy to come by and just keep getting cheaper & cheaper. Extras memory cards & controllers are also still cheap and will work if you ever decide to upgrade to a PS2. Radio 2 -- Easy Listening With Style!

Advantages: Diverse shows that appeal across the spectrum
Disadvantages: The mix can be a little strange at times.

...I always find it surprising as to the diversity of Radio 2, the schedule on any given night could contain a short half hour program about Folk music and another night a program about Theatre organs can be heard, I have listened to both and realised there is more to life than listening to such stations as Happy FM (or Capital) that tend to play the same record over and over again every two hours. Besdes these stations appear to be aimed at someone about 15 years younger than myself anyway. Radio 2 on the other hand caters for people of my age and boy they certainly deliver, I always tend to be in the car coming home or going somewhere when Elaine Paige is broadcasting. Sometimes the journey can be from hell at worst and other times just damn right boring. So to experience the diversity that Radio 2 offer on a Sunday is a bonus...
