SUNNY DAYS AT THE PLAZA PALMERAS . . .

Advantages: reasonably priced, well equipped, friendly atmosphere, nice pool area
Disadvantages: shower wasn't great, cleaners turned up at random times

...through Globespan back in 2010 and then it fell through a few days later due to the company going into administration. We managed to get a deal for around £350 each which is pretty good for Lanzarote. Plaza Palmeras in Puerto del Carmen looked pretty and like a good choice based on the website pictures and had mainly positive reviews . . . but would it live up to expectations??? Location location...

Manchester Airport Crowne Plaza - OK but nothing special

Advantages: Convenient and clean
Disadvantages: Dark and unmemorable.

Lodging at One UN Plaza

Advantages: Good location, high standards of service , lovely views
Disadvantages: No complaints whatsoever
