...Skulduggery Pleasant, but personally I think "Derek Landy", The Author, has nicked a bit of Shakespeare's writing technique as, like Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, Derek doesn't start off with the main character, however we follow a girl called Stephanie Edgley. Now I believe she becomes our main character and Skulduggery becomes our co-main character. Stephanie's Granddad dies and this is how Stephanie and Skulduggery meet. But to start off with, in Mr. Edgley's will, he gave Stephanie his entire house and a lot of other things and Skulduggery got a little thing. However, they meet again when Stephanie is sleeping at her granddad's house someone breaks in looking for something; however Skulduggery is there to save her and beats up this intruder. A pleasant surprise

Advantages: Good range of goods, fast delivery

...As most Internet users I had heard of the shopping site that is Amazon. However, I considered them to be must the same as the HMV & Virgin stores of this world, ie overpriced and to be avoided. But I've finally had the chance to shop with them. I must admit to being pleasantly surprised. The choice of goods is outstanding, the site is clear & easy to use. Best of all is the speed of delivery, unlike other sites you do pay a small fee for delivery and goods have arrived at my home the day after being ordered. On the whole there prices aren't the best to be found, but some bargains do exist, I recently purchased Leon & Tarzan (the 2 disk set) on DVD for £9.99 each. As with other sites you can pre-order goods at a reduced price, but again other sites offer greater discounts. I will probably continue using Amazon as long as I can get GC...

...I first heard about this book from my little brother, who is, at twelve, four years younger than me. At the time, I assumed that the book was for that age group exclusively, and would not appeal to my terrbile fantasy addiction. However, one day I was bored and bookless, and so decided to give this book a chance. It turns out I am very glad I did. Firstly, let me tell you a little bit about the author. On his website for the book Sluduggery Pleasant and it's sequel (Skulduggery Pleasant - Playing with Fire) it says that Landy wrote screenplays for a "zombie movie and a murderous thriller in which everybody dies." This vague description of Landy's writing is followed by the fact that he is a blackbelt in Kenpo Karate and has trained children to defend themselves in the hope of creating a munchkin army. * Pleasant Smell - No Lasting *

.... This fragrance smells very fruity with the clemintine/nectarine standing out the most. I can smell of hint of blackcurrant too. This is a very sweet eau de parfum , yet it's a pleasant kind of sweet , not the type of sweet you could get sick of. I think because this perfume is so light and sweet it make a great summer scent. It also has a fresh feel to it. I feel really feminine when wearing this scent , and would reccommend it for girlie girls. I was disappointed with the fact that this perfume doesn't last that long at all! I like a perfume to last a few hours , but within an hour or so , it had just faded , which I thought was poor , as it isn't exactly a cheap fragrance. This was the only negative criticism I have as overall I like the perfume , however because of this I won't be buying this fragrance again as I would like more for my...

A surprisingly pleasant journey!

...and that the overall result was a good one. I found his work to be sensitively handled and quite subtle. I genuinely expected this film to be one that hoped to slot into the genre of comedy, perhaps a romantic comedy, but find it much harder to define. Yes, it did make me chuckle in places. They were some genuine moments when the whole cinema was laughing out loud. One particular line (although annoyingly I can't for the life of me remember which line) still had me chuckling to myself 5 minutes after. And yet, there were moments in the film I found myself genuinely emotional. The thing that really got me was the subtletly - it wasn't trying to be slapstick guffaw as the trailer had led me to believe, it wasn't trying to be predictable or follow a pre-designed design, it was - it is what it is. There is wireless internet access in the hotel but we didn?t use it as it was £6.50 per hour (or £15 for 12 hours) so for how long we were staying we didn?t think it was worth it even though I had my laptop with me. There are also 2 computers with internet access in the reception area and this starts from £3 for 15 minutes. The hotel seems to be a popular location for weddings as we saw 4 wedding parties in the 3 days we were there. I can see why though, as the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. Overall I thought this was a lovely hotel but we found that it is not as good as the Marriott?s outside of the UK. However, I would definitely still recommend this hotel as we all had a pleasant stay. ...In January 2005 Fox aired Point Pleasant, Unfortunately only 2 months later the show was axed after only 8 out of the 13 episodes due to poor ratings. Most people who were drawn in were already Buffy the vampire fans and knew that Joss Whedon had moved over to Point Pleasant after Buff finished. The main argument for the show being cancelled was that the programme was nothing like Buffy and the people who watched it were disappointed and soon turned off.
