Before Zink technology there was succeful efforts if instant print but mostly it was a low quality, black and white app. But with Zink Technology it?s possible to do a full-color single pass direct thermal printing. But this process in a sense uses 1) the invention of special dye crystals 2) the physics of controlling time...

Polaroid PoGo - instant photography for the 21st Century?

Advantages: portable, good print quality, works well with most modern phones/cameras
Disadvantages: Zink paper hard to find on High Street, sticky-backed paper has poor adhesion on some surfaces

...I have two PoGo printers - black ones, purchased from Misco online in September 2009 for £20 each. The printers work well with Sony Ericsson K800i/K750i mobile phones and modern Canon and Panasonic digital cameras via Bluetooth/USB, as appropriate for each device. PoGo's print quality is very acceptable, though obviously not as good as prints from an inkjet printer. Then again, with PoGo you don't have to worry about replacing cartridges. And PoGo is very portable. However, the special PoGo ZINK paper is hard to find. It's unlikely you'll see it on the High Street. As I did, you'll probably have to buy online. Also - paper pricing is very variable. Shop around for the best deals. The cheapest price per print I've achieved is around 18p. In addition, the paper is not good at sticking to some hard surfaces. It tends to peel after a while...

...It was in a small chinese restaurant in Nuneaton, whilst working away that I discovered the delight of Kung Po. I suppose I was much like many people when it came to chinese food. I found something I liked and stuck with it. I ordered my usual sweet and sour pork balls, special fried rice and stir fried veg, whilst my work colleague orderd Kung Po chilli chicken. When the food arrived a strong, but pleasant smell filled my nostrils. It was like a really strong sweet and sour sauce but it was spicy. Kung Po chilli sauce is basically a sweet and sour sauce, with an additional kick by means of chillis, less the chunks of pineapple but with water chestnuts instead. P&O Ferries (Tazzywazzy's voyage épique partie 1)

Plan B worked like this, leave Wednesday afternoon and return Sunday evening, but it was Tuesday, and summer hols are starting, I started to worry that this may be easier said than done.... We didn't do much shopping around, as we were really pushed for time, we checked the tunnel prices and ferry prices. Using tint-er-net we found that we could get la voiture (that's some French speak for ya) on a return ferry crossing on P&O ferries from Dover to Calais for £120 (inc. £10 fuel surcharge) or go on the tunnel for £140, we decided as this was so last minute we would go for the cheaper option and boyfie went ahead and booked it. ...If Ring magazine is the world champion of boxing magazine it's big European rival is British based Boxing News that is now celebrating it's 100th year in production. It's currently a weekly magazine (though it's a registered paper) priced at £2.80 and released on a Friday ever week. Although the history of how it's become what it is, is an interesting story that saw one of my personal hero's Harry Mullan become it's editor for quite some time before his very untimely death, this review will stick to what the magazine currently is. ...When my daughter was born Teletubbies were all the rage. Six years later they are still popular, but have a bit of competition in the way of The Tweenies, The Fimbles and more recently Boohbah. My daughter received Po for her first Christmas 5 years ago and it's been one of most faithful and loyal toys. It has been through some hard times, but has lived to tell the tale, unlike some of her other playthings that have ended up in toy heaven. Po is very durable, made of strong, thick material that can go through all manner of torture. It is fully washable and the colour does not fade. It looks as good as it was 5 years ago. The teletubby toys are well made and all look like their on-screen character. The face is made of soft plastic and has a cheeky expression. The eyes open and close when you rock the doll back and forth...

Minicruise to Bilbao - P&O Ferries

...I have just returned from my latest foray into P&O's world of mini-cruise by ro-ro ferry, this time traveling from Portsmouth to Bilbao in Northern Spain on what turned out to be the Halloween themed Cruise, I wasnt aware of this when I booked. To sum the trip up, I would have to say that it would not be an experience that I would wish to repeat in the near future. To be fair to P&O many of the problems that have resulted in my desicsion not to repeat the experience were not problems that they had much influence over, but I still feel that there should be a better system in place to cope with delays. I arrived at Portsmouth at 18.30 which was the ticketed boarding time with a departure time of 21.30. On check in I was told that there had been adverse weather conditions in the Bay of Biscay which resulted in the Ferry being late...

A game for those who think outside the box!

Advantages: Gameplay, Duration, Puzzles, Storyline

...Professor Layton and Pandora's Box is an excellent game utilizing the Nintendo DS's features to their full extent. Although I only briefly played the prequel to this game, "Professor Layton and the Curious Village" my initial thoughts on both game gave me a verdict that this game had greater complexity and although the storyline did at points relate back to the previous game, gave a starting point for new gamers who didn't own/use the previous title. The game is obviously, if you have seen trailers or know the genre, a puzzle game, as you hear this you would probably immediately assume a few things that would have been compromised in, these being the graphics and storyline. Firstly, the graphics aren't the best you will have ever seen in a game, however it doesn't rely on graphics so this is why the quality lacks slightly. Secondly is...
