No porkies about pork pies

Advantages: Satisfying tasty snack multiplied by 2
Disadvantages: not available everywhere

...I buy these from the shop beside the train station I use for £1.30. It is expensive to shop here and you would probably get the pies for less in a supermarket. I have not yet seen them available in any supermarket.They are very much my favourite snack and I buy these instead of any other sandwich or roll or pork pie if they are available. There are 2 small pork pies in the pack but they cost about the same as the other pork pies brand on the shelf. When you open it the pastry is dark and greasy. There is a slightly burnt taste but this adds to the overall flavour. The first bite is brilliant. The pickle flavour really adds to the pork. I tastes like pork too, not just the fatty stuff you get in other pork pies which can be pretty tasteless sometimes. One is normally enough for a snack as it is quite satisfying.
