...I've got the NSD Powerball 250 Hz about a year ago and it's been one of the best toys I've ever had! You can buy them online or in any bigger sports or toyshop, they come in several variants, there are two major competitors - Powerball The Original and NSD Powerball, my review is about the latter. -Construction- Powerball is a ballanced wheel (a gyroscope) consisting of 2 main parts - inner ball that rotates around its axis which is set in a hollow globe that misses its bottom part. The globe's made of two parts that click into eachother and the join line is hidden under a tight-fit rubber band with NSD Powerbal logo on it. Powerball - Powerful Fun

Advantages: Addictive, strengths wrist, excellent returns policy

...I first saw one of these 4 or 5 years ago and once I mastered the technique did not put it down until my friend insisted he had it back. At the time I said I'd buy one but never got round to it. A few weeks ago the same happened again, used a friends and could not put it down. This time though instead of just talking about it I actually bought one! I decided to get a slightly more unusual one, a powerball signature series, it cost me £22 from Amazon and have been very pleased with it. For those of you who don't know the powerball is basically just a gyroscope, which by moving your hand in the correct manner will speed up exerting a force on your wrist, this force increases the faster you spin it. Powerball 250GHZ: Full arm workout in the palm of your hand!

...The powerball 250ghz gyro is a great exercise tool for strengthening, toning or rehabilitating your wrist, forearms, upper arm and shoulder. The gyroscopic motion is solely decided by yourself so you can choose whether to do slow rehabilitation excercises after an injury or a muslce pumping workout with speeds of 16000rpm and higher. The high force of the gyro really causes the ball to sling some momentum from side to side so you really need to grip it hard or else you will drop it which is one of the rules not to do as the heavy motor damages the casing which is a little inconvenient considering it tends to squirm uncontrollably. When using mine for a long period of time, I have found that it really has pumped my forearm muscles, however- the motion can cause the outer casing to rub on your fingers which are like small blisters but...

Finish powerball is the best.

...I use Finish powerball regularly, and I have no cause to complain. Every wash is guaranteed to be up to excellent quality. No matter what I put in the dishwasher be it cups and plates, or saucepans and pyrex dishes which have been left standing overnight, they all come out sparkling clean. I did try to use shop own dishwasher tablets but they were never up to standard of Finish. The amount of extra cheap tablets I had to use far out weighed the small extra cost of buying finish powerball in the first place. the finish on the crockery is second to none. there are no water streaks or staining on the dishes, the finish is beautifull and squeeky clean every time. I would not now use any other dishwasher product....
