...Our Friend who stays in Brighton booked our accomodation for our 2 day stay, Premier lodge charged £54 per night per double room. There is an underground secure car-park available for £5 per night, of which our car never left the entire stay. Located on North Street Brighton, premier lodge is central to all the nightlife, restaurants, shops and is 5 mins from the beach. Premier Lodge offer the following:- En-suite facilities Direct dial telephone television and radio 24 hour reception Wake up alarm Tea and coffee Desk areas Hairdryer. iron and ironing board, smoking/non-smoking rooms, disabled access rooms and family rooms are available. Check in time is 2pm and checkout has to be by 11am although they did allow us to keep the car in the car park till 4pm to do some shopping. Entry is via a key-card system...

Advantages: Large Bed and Cheap

...After searching for a place to stay near to Blackpool, at a reasonable price, I came across this Lodge. At £45.95 per night for the room ( can be higher) I thought great. Premier Lodge has recently joined forces with Travel Inn, and is now known as Premier Travel Inn. They have a saying 'Spend a Night, Not a Fortune'. I booked via the internet, unfortunately the date clicked back tot he day I was working on as i had scrolled down using my mouse roller. I was off to work and hadn't had a chance to check my email confirmation. Thankfully, the girls realised my mistake and rang me the next day and asked which day it was for really - I had put down that I would arrive by late afternoon, and considering that I would have to travel 5 hours to get there it was easy to see it as a mistake - thanks to the girls I was not charged an extra...

Advantages: Large comfortable rooms and beds, good customer service
Disadvantages: Can cost more than others, attached restaurants not always good, breakfast expensive

...I had stayed at a Premier Lodge once before with no complaints, so when we were looking for something to do to celebrate my wife's birthday last month, their limited-time offer of two nights for one at the weekend sounded too good to pass up, so we headed for the Peak District, and stayed two nights at the lodge in Macclesfield. The chain is part of Scottish and Newcastle. Booking is simple, either by phone or online, where there is a good hotel locator system, using an interactive map. You can also see photos of each lodge, and what it offers. The lodge was easy to find (they are often located near motorway junctions). On arrival, we were checked in efficiently. The rooms are a good size for this class of hotel. The beds are huge, six feet wide, and there is a chair and sofa. They do family rooms for four as well. Car parking...

Premier Inn, Charing Cross Glasgow

Advantages: Close to town and all amenities

...I have never stayed in the Premier Inn before, but I felt I had to share my experience of the past weekend. The staff in both reception and the restaurant were fantastic, they were really helpful and made you feel right at home. The room and bathroom were both spotless, warm and the freeview television meant that my daughter didn't miss her soaps while she was away. The bed was both big and comfortable and we didn't have any trouble getting to sleep. We opted for the breakfast deal and we were not disappointed, the food was well cooked and warm there was also plenty of choice. Access to the hotel was excellent for both able bodied and non-able bodied people, we didn't have a wheelchair but we did have a six month old baby and a pram, and even though it is situated next to Charing Cross rail station we didn't hear a thing from...

...CASTLE LODGE It was a family day out in Ludlow and whilst I was sitting resting on the bench, waiting for my hubby to return from checking the car and the parking fees, I noticed this really old Tudor style house opposite and on closer inspection discovered that it was open to the public. We didn?t go in straight away, but I did drop a big hint like, ?I want to go in there before we go home? to the family, so that they would not be surprised after the visit to the castle that we went in here. I came across Drummohr Lodges while browsing through the Hoseasons brochure last year. I was looking for somewhere new to visit for a short break with my partner for his birthday in November, and having stayed in a few Hoseasons holiday parks previously and always finding them to be really nice, I didn't really want to look elsewhere. There are currently approximately 140 different lodges around the country however, they are mainly situated around the midlands, London, the south coast and Scotland. East Anglia and Wales are sparsely populated with this brand however, they are constantly expanding and compared to other companies such as Travelodge which have been going for many years they are pretty new to the market. The vast majority of lodges are situated in locations with easy road access often off an A-road connecting to a motorway meaning that you are not going to get lost late at night looking for them. ...The Sequoia Lodge Hotel in Disneyland Paris is a 3 key rated (out of 4 keys) hotel in the Disneyland Paris hotels list, the actual hotel is located outside Lake Disney and is really close to all the fun around the Disney Village (about a 5 mintue walk). When I arrived at this hotel on the shuttle bus to Disney from the Charles De Gaull Airport my first instinct was that the hotel was clean and tidy and seemed to have a lot of helpful staff walking around it, I also noticed the Disney Shop in the hotel (which is standard to all hotels though is very handy for picking up last minute presents and memorabilia, and also for getting the odd snack e..g. crisps and sweets and juice to bring back to your room, though the shop is quite expensive). ...Back in March, I was in need of a digital camera, but was looking for one that wouldn't break the bank...Ideally, the Premier DS-5080 5 Mega Pixel camera is on the market then! For a camera of such image quality, I was somewhat taken aback that the retail price was just shy of the £100 mark. Excellent! The first thing that instantly struck me was the weight of it. Lightweight, if possible to say so, is an understatement! Its thin silver body with sliding lens cover and flat LCD monitor ensure that there is little "excess" materials used in the making of it. As the image of the product shows, it's streamline look is very attractive and pleasing to look at and use. Sliding the lens cover will switch it on and then you have the fun of the very straight-forward menu, that I must confess, I was able to use and navigate around...
