I used this paticular Travel Inn when I was going to a family party and didn't want to travel the 60 miles back home afterwards. If you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation in central London then Premier Travel Inn is probably your best bet. I considered three - County Hall, near the London Eye; London Bridge, north side of the bridge and Southwark. I have to admit that I didn't know where Southwark was until I looked on a map and I was surprised to find out how central to everything it was, so I chose to stay here. The Premier Travel Inn Southwark is about eight minutes walk from London Bridge Underground Station - so make sure that your luggage has wheels! ...After searching for a place to stay near to Blackpool, at a reasonable price, I came across this Lodge. At £45.95 per night for the room ( can be higher) I thought great. Premier Lodge has recently joined forces with Travel Inn, and is now known as Premier Travel Inn. They have a saying 'Spend a Night, Not a Fortune'. I booked via the internet, unfortunately the date clicked back tot he day I was working on as i had scrolled down using my mouse roller. I was off to work and hadn't had a chance to check my email confirmation. Thankfully, the girls realised my mistake and rang me the next day and asked which day it was for really - I had put down that I would arrive by late afternoon, and considering that I would have to travel 5 hours to get there it was easy to see it as a mistake - thanks to the girls I was not charged an extra...

PREMIER TRAVEL INN - OXFORD CENTRAL

Advantages: close to the city
Disadvantages: close to the traffic

...This particular Premier Travel Inn is situated on the Oxford Business Park. It is just off the A4142 on the junction with the B480 and it is opposite the Rover Works, 3 miles from Oxford city centre. My husband originates from Wallingford near Oxford so we travel up that way occasionally to see old friends and family. We were finding it more and more difficult to find a reasonable B&B for the night. Most of them in that area are £60 upwards for a room. BOOKING ++++++++ We booked our room online. This was very easy to do. You find the hotel that you want, then check availability. You can then choose the type of room that you want and reserve it. You only pay for the room upon arrival and it can be cancelled as close as 1pm on the day that you arrive. You can check in after 2pm and do not need to vacate until 12pm...

...which is the nearest big city / town. Prices have now gone up to £51 per room per night, but I reckon that's still very good value. LOCATION Annan Road Collin Dumfries DG1 3JX T: 08701 977 078 F: 01387 266475 I picked the Premier travel Inn for several reasons. Firstly it was the location. The Inn is located out in the fields with little or no industry or buildings around it. There were some cracking views out over the landscape. The equivalent Travellodge is only about 200 yards away which for us was useful as we managed to book out the entire Premier and half of the lodge. The next important reason was that the Inn has a Brewers Fare (PUB) attached to it, a mere 20 yard walk from the hotel door. Lastly the Inn isn't bothered by large amounts of traffic and road noise and offered an easy cheap option for everyone...

...We have recently travelled up to Scotland from Devon and on the way home needed to break up the 12 hour journey. We stopped at Premier Travel Inn - Preston East. This Travel Inn is literally right beside the southbound motorway near junction 31a northbound. We were travelling Southbound, so had to come off at junction 31, join the northbound and come off at junction 31a. PRICE ++++++ We paid £48 for a room which is Friday to Sunday rates. Monday to Thursday would cost £51. BOOKING ++++++++ We had an AA Road Atlas with us and also a directory of all the Premier Travel Inn's in the country. This is a very handy booklet as it has directions and location for each Travel Inn. I telephoned the Inn and was put through to a central number as they were busy. ...Our Friend who stays in Brighton booked our accomodation for our 2 day stay, Premier lodge charged £54 per night per double room. There is an underground secure car-park available for £5 per night, of which our car never left the entire stay. Located on North Street Brighton, premier lodge is central to all the nightlife, restaurants, shops and is 5 mins from the beach. Premier Lodge offer the following:- En-suite facilities Direct dial telephone television and radio 24 hour reception Wake up alarm Tea and coffee Desk areas Hairdryer. iron and ironing board, smoking/non-smoking rooms, disabled access rooms and family rooms are available. Check in time is 2pm and checkout has to be by 11am although they did allow us to keep the car in the car park till 4pm to do some shopping. Entry is via a key-card system...
