...I am a diabetic and I was asked recently if I had any tasty but low fat recipes, I have to be honest I don't have that many, but I list one or two very good, tasty and seriously worth considering.........

Now place on a baking tray and cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
What you will be left with is lovely, low fat potatoes, crunchy and crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle.
Team with skinless chicken and plenty of fresh steamed vegetables (I prefer carrots, garden peas & broccoli) for a tasty Sunday dinner.
