What?s in the box? -------------------------- OK I?m not going to bore you with packaging details as you can see the picture but the box is appealing and basically just illustrates what you can do with the kit. In the box you get: Expressit design software CDrom Pack of CD labels and jewel case inserts Pressit label applicator The CDrom and labels obviously need no description other than the labels and inserts are white and the CDrom was a lovely shade of orange. The problem was that the cable had become rather worn and I was beginning to feel that it was dangerous. A cheap and not so cheerful pressed powder!

Advantages: Cheao and it does make the skin feel soft
Disadvantages: No visible results apart from a powdery look

...The other week when out on a date I got totally drunk! Hence to say the date didn't go at all well (the main reason I reckon I got drunk actually lol) but worse than that I lost my No7 brand new pressed powder! The following morning I woke up with the hangover from hell and missing my powder cursing saying I'd go out with someone in the first place! lol. Perfect Pressed Powder!!

Advantages: Inexpensive and really works
Disadvantages: No powder puff included

...As you can probably tell by my previous reviews that I am a Clinique fan! Everyday I use their liquid foundation finishing off with a dusting of loose translucent powder! Now despite the Clinique powder being so fantastic I have discovered that this is not suitable for transporting in ones handbag! Much too big and also rather messy if it was to open. Then I had a brainwave (bit unusual for me that one!) - why don?t I buy a pressed powder compact for touching up my shiny patches in the afternoons! Call me tight or a skinflint if you want ( I am Scottish!!), but there was no way that I was forking out another £17 for a Clinique powder albeit a pressed compact one. No Pressing Problems

Advantages: Presses trousers with minimal effort and produces a sharp crease.
Disadvantages: If the trousers are not put in perfectly you get a 'tramline' effect.

Lazy days at the Olvie Press Hotel, Lesvos.

Advantages: No mosquitoes on Lesvos, just very nice people at The Olive Press Hotel.
Disadvantages: About a 2 hour transfer fron airport to resort, but a great journey.

...and we had a one way road just outside the window, which was not too bad, but as a cobbled street ? path the cases leaving and arriving made a bobbly noise, though we did not mind. We also read that there was a night club near by and that the noise from that kept people awake. Well the nightclub has been brought by the owner of the Olive Press and this is closed for the duration of the season, so no noise. I read in the First Choice brochure that the rooms where small and we where not disappointed when we arrived to be shown to our room and it was on the small side, but very adequate for our needs. We had in the room a built in wardrobe, a small fridge, dressing table with stool, low table to put your cases on and a chair, plus two bedside tables so really not that bad. Boots Natural Collection Pressed Powder

Advantages: Good value for money; does the job; behaves like any other face powder
Disadvantages: It used to be cheaper!

...I've worn face powder for as long as I've been wearing make-up, because I tend to look shiny if I just use foundation or tinted moisturiser as a base, and I don't really suit the shiny look. Sometimes when I'm buying cosmetics I'll go for a more expensive brand, to treat myself to a product that's perhaps a little nicer to use, or has more of a striking effect. With face powder, I don't think there's much point - it's a simple product and I haven't noticed much difference between different brands, having tried Rimmel and Boots 17. I decided to try Natural Collection Pressed Powder because it appeared to be the cheapest powder available in Boots, at £1.95, and I trust Boots' own products.
