It?s a spin off from the very popular medical drama Grey?s Anatomy. It is now in its second season. The show revolves around Dr Addison Forbes Montgomery. If you watch Grey?s Anatomy you will know that she is the ex-wife of Derek Shepherd who worked at Seattle Grace hospital with him and Meredith for a time. She is one of the top neonatal surgeons in the country and when she is offered a job by her old friend Naomi she moves out to California to begin working at a health clinic in Santa Monica. Trees Lounge

Advantages: Great acting
Disadvantages: Abit depressing but with lighter parts

...This Steve Buschemi's debut as writer and director. Made in 1996 it is a relatively unknown film but was a critcal if not commercial succes for Buschemi The film is about an alcoholic named Tommy (Steve Bushemi), the film starts and he is trying to wangle one more drink out of the barmaid 15 minutes after 'time'. The barmaid Connie(played by Carol Kane - Hester Street, Taxi) is obviously familiar and serves him with Tommy, which is an interesting tenet to the film as everyone knows everyone in this small suburb and everyone knows Tommy and he seems to recoil from it in shame. The bar 'Trees Lounge' is always populated by Tommy, an elderly alcoholic Bobby and another successful alcoholic Mike (Mark Boone Junior - Batman Begins, Lonesome Jim) Tommy starts to form a friendship with Mike thinks he is a looser. Mike is a strange character...

About the author Phyllis Dorothy James started writing in the mid 1950s and it wasn?t until 1962 that her book was published (Cover Her Face). She was made Baroness James of Holland Park in 1991. She lives in London and Oxford and has two children. The Private Patient This latest offering has Adam Dalgliesh and his team investigating the murder of Rhoda Gradwyn. Rhoda is an investigative journalist, who after years of living with a disfiguring and long-standing scar decides to book herself into a private clinic (Cheverell Manor) to have it removed. What could possibly go wrong?! As you would imagine in a P D James murder mystery all is not as it seems and the Cheverell Manor holds a deadly secret...

...I found myself in Nottingham at on New Years Eve 2007 and, at the suggestion of a chum who is a big Gordon Ramsay fan, we went to a restaurant that the foul-mouthed chef had worked his magic on in his 'Kitchen Nightmares' TV show - Curry Lounge. I must admit I was a little unsure whether I actually wanted to visit a place that was in enough of a mess that Ramsay had to sort it out, but I assumed that it would probably be fine after he'd finished with it. Besides, it was good enough to win second place in the curry of the year (for Nottingham, I think) beforehand, so it should be pretty good, I thought... THE LOCATION Curry lounge can be found at 110 Upper Parliament Street, 2 or 3 minutes walk from the tram stop in Nottingham town centre. You have to say the password in a very similar way to how it was originally recorded or it simply won't let you in. What fascinates me about this journal is that you change the time and date using voice commands. To change the time, you would say "change time", then follow the instructions to change it. ...Saving Private Ryan "In the last great invasion, of the last Great War, the greatest danger for eight men?..was saving one." This film starts with a bang, literally, on the beaches of World War 2's historic D-Day invasion, a very intense and moving scene. If you are at all squeamish this is not really a film for you as, the beginning in particular and actually much of the rest of film is brutal and bloody and features blood, guts and missing limbs, however it is so good and so powerful you should look past all the gore to experience this wonderful movie. This 1998 film is described as a poignant and powerful homage to the soldiers of WW2. Like I said it starts on the beaches depicting the D-Day landings. If you are not familiar with the D-Day landings they are described as the first operations of the Allied Powers' invasion...

Once you are signed up, you receive emails informing you when the sales are on for specific brands.
