The Wii Fit Plus is an excellent add on, and great fun!

Advantages: A great improvement on Wii Fit
Disadvantages: You need to be self motivated to stick with it

...I bought Wii Fit last year and have now used it for over 400 hours so I guess you could say I have had my money's worth out of it. I do like it but it has its shortcomings not least of which is the fact that it takes a long time to work through a routine so I was pleased when I heard that Nintendo were bringing out a new versions and I wanted to see what that offered. ...know that makes playing Wii Fit more fun and enjoyable, but really. It would take you hours of play to unlock some games on there. Pro-Fitness Value Treadmill

Advantages: Solid, cheap, reliable, sturdy, good range of settings
Disadvantages: It's huge - but they all are! Can't make your own set programs

I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising! ...I think that the wii fit game is really good. comes fully equit with the wii balance board, this fun and interactive game is really good to play on your own or with friends. Everyone can enjoy this and with a variety of different games(balance, muscle works outs, yoga- which i havent played on yet, and aerobics) this fun game can help you to get fit and have fun. I personally enjoy all the games and have unlocked them all. you can play with more than one player, but only on the running which is slightly disappointing, but other than that the sound and the graphics are both very satisfactory and i would say that this is a very worthwhile investment-especially if you have children. Basically, all it consists of is a balance board and CD with the Wii Fit activities on it.
