Quality projector, features for the user
Review of Sanyo PLC XU48 by
gs.2003
Advantages: User friendly, Bright and good quality
Disadvantages: A recommended 3 metres from the screen or wall etc
...We have a few of these projectors at our company and I have to say they are one of the easiest digital projectors we have, has we have a selection of philips, epsons and mitsubishi projectors as well.
The main advantages with this projector is the quality and brightness of the image you get. It is clear at the front of the room and just as clear at the back of the room.
The zoom and focus controls are easy to use by anyone without knowledge of digital projectors, which is located at the front.
The menu features are set out in an easy and neat way for anyone to operate, with simple arrow buttons to move around the menus and selection is with the enter key located in the centre of them. There are security options, brightness and zoom features, location options (which basically means that if you fix the projector to the ceiling...

Think twice before buying a Mitsubishi Shogun!
Review of Mitsubishi Shogun 2.8 TD by
yuvraj
Advantages: Great looks, safety, great for countryside, ?space?
Disadvantages: NON-economic, expensive, depreciates quickly
...thought, I'm practically in the middle of nowhere, I need a 4 wheel drive, that would make me popular with the posh neighbors, wouldn't it?
So you do it, doing a bit of light background research, after all, your just trying to enjoy the Summer Sunshine, but you need to find you dream car along the way.
I decided on getting a superb Mitsubishi Shogun, wonderful car, I read, great to drive I heard. So I started to scavenge around the local Private Dealers, after all, I've got a bit of cash, and for that touch of perfection, I'd rather have perfection in life rather than a hell life of rusting nuts, so I got out, on my mystery search, to find "this" car.
Luckily, just a short walk away from my house, I find a dealer, who's got 1 Mitsubishi Shogun in stock, and its good value he says!
"Oh yes, I love the car, my favorite you see, I can...

Mitsubishi 1.8 GDI Elegance
Review of Mitsubishi Carisma 1.8 by
geoffers
Advantages: Frugal fuel economy/large boot
Disadvantages: poor residual value
...Having driven 3 Mitsubishi galants for the last 9 years each one covering 140,000 mile plus with never breakingdown, I decided to buy a 3 year old ex company car, Charisma 1.8 GDI Elegance, off my employer as a second family car.
I personally do not like the looks but my family like it!
The car is a hatch back year 2000 on a V plate with 83000 miles on the clock.Bringing it home consisted of a 150 mile journey mainly down the A1.What a great drive, plenty of pick up when needed comfortable, relatively quiet and the fuel gauge hardly moved despite some rapid driving.I reset the trip computer on purchase and now after 1 month, all round town apart from the 1st 150 miles, it is returning 38mpg!!
The luggage area is extremely roomy for this size of car much bigger than the volvo V40 estate I was driving at the time.
Reliability is very good...

Mitsubishi Pajero- automatic 2.8 turbodiesel
Review of Mitsubishi Shogun 2.8 TD by
Billybignose
Advantages: Commanding driving position, Good ride and feeling of safety
Disadvantages: MPG, old fashioned diesel sound
...The Pajero is a so-called ‘grey import’, which is imported directly from Japan without official sanction of Mitsubishi Motors. They are almost identical to the Mitsubishi Shogun sold in this country for a number of years (1980’s-onwards), what the mechanical/electrical differences are I’m not exactly sure and it seems that the majority of people that deal with them aren’t sure either. The majority of ‘greys’ speedometers are in kilometres per hour, however ours has been converted to Miles Per Hour. The major difference between the official and grey versions is the level of equipment with the Pajero being far superior to the Shogun, depending of course on the specification level. The most obvious difference between Pajero/Shogun is the ‘greys’ colour scheme, with Pajero’s usually having a different coloured centre section. The long wheel...

WHY TO BUY A MITSUBISHI FTO GPX MIVEC
Review of Mitsubishi FTO by
zlatiko
Advantages: Looks, Sound, Power, Driver/Passenger comfort,
Disadvantages: Some parts can be pricey, weak link rods on front suspension
...-roads are fun especially when in manual mode. Get the car up to 3500rpm and the engine changes in to the mivec mode, switch to manual shift and the fun begins, this is where the engine develops the recognisable growl that you may hear on occassions, drop a gear and hit the pedal and a surge runs through the engine developing into a very quick take off...boy racers in their maxed Corsa's/ Puntos cant cope and neither can a lot of other similar coupes... (remember car of the year in Japan and used for racing aswell with very few mods)
The gear box in this model is semi - automatic with mitsubishi technology called INVECS, basically what it means is that when driving the car in manual the car will "remember" when you change gear at a certain RPM and then apply this to the gear change when it is driven in automatic. So, the car will drive in auto...

mitsubishi carisma 1.6 glxi new family car
Review of Mitsubishi Carisma 1.6 by
furby-2003
Advantages: petrol consumption better than expected, great on long journeys
Disadvantages: expensive parts but ive yet to actually buy any
...I was given this car by my dad as he has bought a mitsubishi carisma but only newer and a desil because of his long journeys. Since i've had the car in the past 6 months i've done 5000 miles!!!...going to and from my mom and dads 178 miles away. Its a lovey drive and has never let me down, it never overheats and rairly needs top ups of water, oil or any other fluids. it holds then all well. It's very comfortable and spacey. Out of the 22 cars i've had over 7 years this is by far the best. and you can now pick them up very cheaply.
the interior is comfy and the air conditioning is very effective especially at the moment in the hot weather. Top speed i've reached is 115 on the motorway and you can get 400 mile out of a full tank which is about £47-50.
Mine is a 1999 s reg which can range from £500 to just over £2000 depending...

Mitsubishi FTO GPX
Review of Mitsubishi FTO by
andyiacovou
Advantages: Looks, reliability, great value, seriously fun
Disadvantages: Expensive to run
...I was a little weary buying an import car at first and heard all sorts of horror stories about imports. However there is a dedicated FTO owners club which you can join for £10 a year.
There is always someone who can offer advise and supply spares if required. Mitsubishi also support this car at their UK dealers, and can get any parts and service this car as required!!
I have had the car for 6 months now and have nothing but praise. For £5,700 I got a 2.0l, 24V, V6, ABS, Traction Control, Climate control, all electric's, the works, Providing these cars are
serviced as required you will have no problems.
The handling is excellent, you get 0-60 in just under 7 seconds and the tiptronic gearbox is superb and the modification potential is limited only by your finances.
This car is a real head turner also and I've lost track...

MITSUBISHI 1.8 GLX GDI HATCHBACK
Review of Mitsubishi Carisma 1.8 by
toffeeboy
Advantages: Very economical, spacious family hatchback.
Disadvantages: Slightly sluggish
.... By then I had decided not to buy the Cougar anyway, and no call came, so I still have the Mitsubishi! I wouldn't have changed it for the Cougar then anyway because I'm a stubborn old sod at the best of times!...

Mitsubishi Diamond Pro (2070 SB)
Review of Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2070SB by
Metalmorphosis8
Advantages: Excellent display, Highly reliable
Disadvantages: It goes back a fair way and it's no Flat-bed!
...that this monitor is among the cream of the top in it's range, there are perfectly decent monitors available for under half the price which do the job very well, Mitsubishi / NEC are just one of the reliable manufacturers. Before considering splashing out on this product it is essential one thinks about whether they are buying it for the right reasons, the resolution of the 2070SB will continue to please gamers and will provide an excellent screen for home use too, but it is a lot of money, and, as stated, there are decent £200 to £300 monitors out there....

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII - FQ 330
Review of Mitsubishi Evolution Lancer by
projectneon
Advantages: Rapidly quick, headturner, smart design
Disadvantages: Running costs, fuel economy, insurance !! GROUP 20 !
...The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8 - FQ330.......... If your looking for something pretty special, which really in money terms isnt a lot compared to performance of cars in this category, its good value for money.... For the initial outlay for the car anyway.
The FQ330 option, is named this due to the performance of the car. 330bhp. There was also 2 other options, the FQ300 ( with 300bhp ) and later on the Mitsubish Lancer Evolution 8 MR FQ400 ( 400bhp!)
The FQ330 is extremely quick, the turbo kicks in at approx 3.5k revs. Similar performace car would be a Subaru WRX STi ( which is also actually more expensive than the Evo ) However there seem to be a lot of Subarus, or should I say, 'Scooby Doo's' out on the road these days, so the Evo is an alternative to be that little bit different. You wont see swarms of them on a normal...
