Is this some kind of wind up?

Advantages: No batteries needed, useful hook to hang in the tent, protective cage surrounds the LEDs
Disadvantages: Looks cheap and nasty, quite expensive outlay but will save you in the long run

Keeping Up Appearances

Advantages: A couple of pretty decent tracks, strong lyrics at times.
Disadvantages: Most of the album is really rather bland and forgettable.

...Capdown was a Milton Keynes based band active between the years of 1997 and 2007. During the decade that the band was around three albums were released, the third and final of which was the 'Wind Up Toys' album. 'Wind Up Toys' was released through Fierce Panda Records in early 2007 and consists of twelve tracks. It is my opinion that this is by far the weakest of the three and every time I listen to this album I feel nothing but disappointment. The bands first two albums were excellent, 'Wind Up Toys' is nowhere near the same sort of quality however and only a few tracks present here really impress. Wind freeze

Advantages: Suspenseful, gels together surprisingly well
Disadvantages: Weird special effects, largely unnecessary supernatural element

Like the girl, his character really does develop during the course of the film and so Holmes also has the opportunity to prove that he really can act. Although there isn't as much character change as with the girl, and therefore he perhaps doesn't make so much of an impact, I really liked the way that we are kept guessing as to his motivations - this little element of mystery really made the film for me and I think that Ashton Holmes did a great job of playing on it. Although he has very little on-screen time, Martin Donovan, who plays an 'interesting' policeman, is worth a mention. Wind Up

Advantages: pump dispenser
Disadvantages: price, doesn't work well

...Well, I've done it again and bought something that seems to be completely useless for my dry, extremely curly hair! I normally use the leave-in conditioner from Frizz Ease as it's excellent, but having been blinded by science and adverts I thought that maybe this product would be more useful as it helps to straighten out hair etc etc. To 'straighten' hair you must blow dry in sections with a flat brush, but you can also leave it to dry naturally which is what I prefer doing. I've been trying it for the last two weeks now, and no matter how much of the stuff I put in my hair, the bottom section which needs it the most, comes out like a frizz ball every time. I've ended up having to revert back to my old Frizz Ease product as at least I know it does the job! The product comes in a small pump dispenser, so it's easy to use...
