There is a wide range in this line comprising of mousses, gels, serums, hairsprays etc, but the product I'm reviewing is the ' Body Pump volumising gel spray'. It comes in a pump action bottle, about 6 inches tall, designed very simply, in a lovely turquoisey blue colour. It has a deeper blue label which has the 'Boots' logo on and 'Styleworks' written across the middle. Underneath, it is described as a volumising gel spray which adds volume, thickness and long lasting flexible hold. It also has the added bonus of heat protection, so you have 2 products in 1 really. easy to use breast pump

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: Not cheap

...I made sure that when I had my first baby I got a good breast pump so that I could not only enjoy breastfeeding my litle one, I could also ahv some time off while someone else fed my son but he still had breastmilk. This pump is a nice size and doesnt feel uncomfortable and you can adjust the strength. I found in the morning I was able to express more and I didnt use the strength of the pump to get some milk The importance of pumping while feeding is that it tricks your body into believing you are feeding baby and you therefore produce more milk. Pump, pump, pump - but no milk!

Advantages: Small and easy to handle
Disadvantages: Breast cup not big enough, noisy and the suction was very weak, expensive

...I'm sure if you have a smaller breast then this might be a good pump for you, but having my breasts swell to a 42J cup this did nothing for me at all. I found the breast cup piece did not sit well at all and the suction was terrible. It didn't hug the breast as well as a hand held version nor did it pump quick enough to really get a good flow of milk going. It also makes quiet a loud noise when pumping so you have to do it in a room where your baby isn't! It is small and compact, so ideal for travelling but it means that you cannot get much milk in the bottle as it's so small so you have to empty it on a regular basis (that's if you get that far!) It is quiet expensive too, I paid over £50 for this even though a £10 hand held from tescos did the job much better!!! Overall it was easy to handle but it just didn't have enough...

Pumping, pumping, pumping

Advantages: Loads of milk, easy to use and clean
Disadvantages: ouch, my handies hurt!!!!

...and then forgot about it and couldn't find the sheet until a week after I started using it! The only mistake I made was not taking it apart properly and forgetting to unclip the handle to wash and sterilise, but it did seem clean enough. The pump is manual and so over the time I have been expressing I actually seem to be developing RSI in my hands. However the advantage of this is that I can pump to my own pace and don't feel as though I am taking my nipple off! The cup sits over part of your breast (or nearly all in my C cup case) and the nipple goes into a small section within the cup. It actually looks as though your nipple is going to be chewed rather savagely but so far I have avoided that state and am sure it probably wouldn't happen! I first used this pump just before I had my babe, as I had been spraying colostrums over the bathroom...

TINY PUMP, BIG RESULTS!

Advantages: very easy to clean, extremely portable, convenient, quiet, discreet, attractive bag
Disadvantages: Your hands will get sore, stimulator falls off easily breaking seal, Takes practice, can be hard to put together at first.

Pump It Up - A hard but fun workout

Advantages: Hard workout, good music
Disadvantages: Tiring!

...section. This section starts out with some aerobic moves, moving up from the previous section. It also goes in to some salsa moves which are quite fun. The third section is the pump it up section. This is the real tough one. It is very high energy and for the first half of the section you are constantly moving. This section also includes the Call On Me song complete with the aerobic moves from the video. This is one of my favourite bits. Although make sure you are on your own as you do look a bit silly thrusting away. This section towards the end slows down to some of the easier moves earlier on in the DVD.
