...section. This section starts out with some aerobic moves, moving up from the previous section. It also goes in to some salsa moves which are quite fun. The third section is the pump it up section. This is the real tough one. It is very high energy and for the first half of the section you are constantly moving. This section also includes the Call On Me song complete with the aerobic moves from the video. This is one of my favourite bits. Although make sure you are on your own as you do look a bit silly thrusting away. This section towards the end slows down to some of the easier moves earlier on in the DVD. The fourth section is the bums and tums toning section. This consists of sets of press ups, sit ups, planks and bum toning exercises. Pump up the Jam

Advantages: More difficult dance moves which is good, more sections
Disadvantages: Steps could be too complicated for anyone just looking for a simple workout

...Already taken in by the first two releases in the Ministry of Sound's Pump It Up exercise DVD range there was no question in my mind that I HAD to have this as soon it came out! You got to pump it up!

Advantages: effective high energy workout, easy to follow
Disadvantages: not for total beginners

..., where you can get your breath back, and let your muscles recover slightly without actually stopping - important as you should never stop completely during a workout unless you have stretched out first. This section lasts around 20 minutes. ~Pump it up~ This is the high-energy section of the workout. It's consistently quite fast throughout this section, and also quite high-impact, meaning it's not ideal for anyone with joint problems. ...Pump it up High Energy is a workout by Ministry of sound. The workout is dance aerobics. It's the third workout in the pump it up series. The dvd features professional dancers and Fiona Fagan , an Irish dancer who has danced for Steps and Kylie Minouge to name a few. The workout included a 'Warm it up' section , a 'Burn it up' section , a dance section , 'tone it up' and a cooldown. The warm up lasts for 5 mins , Burnt it up is 20 minutes , tone it up is 15 minutes , 20 minutes of dance it up and a 5 minute cool down! The aim of the work out is to get you burning as many calories as you can! The workout is high impact , and I would only reccommend it if you are already fit , as it really makes you out of puff! It is very challenging. The routines are hard to pick up so it's best to watch it first before trying it...

...First of all i would to apologise i havent written any views for a while but hopefully you will see alot more of me. I've decided to write about the 'pump it up' work out DVD as I have been trying to get fit for my holidays for the past 6weeks and 'pump it up' as helped me to do this. There's lots of celebrities releasing there own work out videos/DVD's these days, but i dont believe in any of them. They are skinny before they release it and the same weight after. And how come they dont break out in a sweat??? I thought I would give this a go as its not a work out its more dancing and includes music by ministry of sound. I love dance music so thought this would suit me down to the ground. Well I was deffernately on the ground by the time I first did this work out.
