...The Quinta Da Bellavista apartments are situated right in the middle of Albufeira, with a good 15 minutes walk to either the old town or The Strip, which is regarded as the new town and where all the night life and action is. The reception, pool area and bar are on the opposite side of the road from the apartments. We checked in (23rd June 08) and had to give a deposit of 50 euros this was to cover any damages and would be refunded at the end of the holiday. This deposit was not mentioned in the holiday brochure so beware of this when you go. The apartment was clean and tidy, with non of the signs of squashed mosquitoes on the walls. you find a bunk bed in the hall way right opposite the toilet, i'm not sure I would have wanted to sleep there. Enjoy a stay in the Manor of the White House

I told a friend about it and because of that he stayed at the La Quinta in Santa Rosa New Mexico and had a very pleasant stay as well. In my experience the best way to enjoy your hard earned time off work is to rent a villa! Villas in Portugal are amongst the highest standard of accommodation you will find for the price you will pay. Often villas are in beautiful, otherwise desserted locations. Having been on family and group holidays to apartments, hotels and even cruising, this is by far the best way to go. Wood matured ports are, as their name suggests, designed to be matured in wood barrels and then bottled ready for drinking. They are less traditional ports in the main yet represent a majority of the market. Warre’s Otima is such a wood matured port. The Otima is an aged tawny port. It starts out life as a rich red colour but as it matures it loses its deep red giving way to a “tawny” colour.
