R.A. Rheumatoid Arthritis and how I cope.

Advantages: Its severity can vary a lot from person to person
Disadvantages: Too many to mention

...I have been wanting to write this or a while now but finding the words has been very hard, plus I have been suffering from a severe bout of joint swelling or what we call a flare up. Before I go any further I would just like to quote a few statistics about Rheumatoid Arthritis. One in every 100 people in the U.K. suffer from this disease, thats a lot of people but because of the way the didease operates its severity can vary so much, a lot of people can have it and not know and never will. If you take 100 people that have been diagnosed with R.A. 20 percent will have the mildest form of the disease, it will not worsen and some poeple wont know they have got it at all apart form a bit of stiffness maybe. 75 percent of the 100 will have joint pain, this can be aggravating and may mean they need to take medication, they will...

...This DVD is all about the Bristol Blenheim, a Fighter/Bomber that is still very welcome on the Airshow Curcuit today. When Lord Rothermere (Owner of the Daily Mail) Said to Aircraft Manufacturers in 1935 that he wanted them to build a Twin Engine Monoplane that was equal to Aircraft being built overseas he felt it would be the best in the world. Little did he know that Trouble was brewing in Mainland Europe and his Creation would go on to serve in all three main theatres of action in World War II. Yet, as the Title of the DVD States, the Blenheim is the "Forgotten Bomber" as virtually no-one remembers the Aircrafts contribution to the Defense of This Country. Jaws with Brains???

...I actually saw this on a ( looks over her shoulder and whispers!!!! ) p.i.r.a.t.e copy ( tee hee ) quite a while ago. It wasn't particularly good quality, they rarely are, but I don't think my judgement was overly swayed by this! This is an absolutely dross film. The acting is dire, the script is a joke and the sharks were just plain silly. I like special effects and have no problem with all the computerised cack that Blockbusters rely on these days but this almost made Jaws look scary! The effects really were pretty poor, most of the shark scenes ( which after all is what this movie is about!) just gave me attacks of the giggles!! Having said that I quite enjoyed it! It may not be particularly original but there's plenty of action and despite having a pretty low grade copy it still managed to hold my attention throughout. If you...
