It comes in a handy A5 size with a plastic coated hard cover which should make it reasonably resilient to being taken in and out of most school bags.
As well as reproducing the play this book comes with many extras which I will deal with first.
At the beginning of the book is a seven page introduction. This firstly covers, although rather briefly, some details about the author RC Sherriff. I think it is important to keep in mind, when reading and trying to understand this play, that the author was an officer during WW1 and was wounded in the battle of Passchendaele in 1917. This play is therefore based upon real life experiences that he lived and fought through. It was written in 1928...
Advantages: Steam is effective looking, but very safe. Disadvantages: As usual a few batteries required.

This is a lovely toy and has kept us all amused for hours, in fact probably me more than Connor! This toy is also very hardwearing, which is always a good thing as my little ?un is not known for his finesse!

...inspection it appears that it is the same product with different colour stickers on. Basically you can have a blue one, a green one or a red one.
Each different colour runs on a different frequency channel, allowing you to fly your helicopter whilst your mates are flying theirs, providing you each have a different colour that is.
Alternatively you may have two helicopters and fly them both with one transmitter, obviously not at the same time though. You could fly the blue one, on channel B, at first and once the battery needs re-charging switch the channel to C and fly the green one.
Or you could interfere with your mate?s helicopter by selecting the channel his helicopter is on and sabotaging with your transmitter, which is really good fun but does, in my experience, lead to a few arguments.

Advantages: Cheap Blu-Ray player, great graphics, free wifi, internet browser Disadvantages: Expensive, some games are better on 360, 40 GB model doesn't have backwards compatability
...and is not noisy at all. Compared with most audio-visual equipment this is really good value for what it does and the hard disk is easily upgraded without voiding the warranty (SATA 3.5" disk I think - which are cheapish).
If you are a pure hardcore gamer then the software has been a mixed bag in 2007. 360 wins here so far. A few stellar exclusives (resistance, motorstorm and more recently R&C, Unchartered etc..) and a few very good third party products (cod 4, oblivion) and some problematic ports which are apparantly much better on 360/PC (e.g. orange box). This is the reason for a 1 point drop. I am not too bothered as I only have time to play about 5 titles a year thoroughly. 2008 is likely to be much better on this front with some (in all probability) very good exclusives UT 3 (timed), FF series, MGS 4, Gran Turismo, Killzone 2, Little...
Advantages: Powerful System with Great Graphics and Sound. Disadvantages: Incompatible with PS and PS2 games.
...controller hasn't changed much but it has become wireless, and the PS3 controller is also SIXAXIS(which allows you to tilt the controller in order to perform activities such as balancing or steering cars).

The main games for the Playstation 3 at the moment are Uncharted: Drakes Fortune which is an Action/Adventure that combines Hand To Hand Combat, Shooting and platforming along with a great storyline. Pro Evolution Soccer 08, the latest game in the famous Pro Evo' soccer series and Ratchet and Clank: Tools Of Destruction, which is the latest game in the R&C series in which you play as Ratchet and explore planets while defeating foes with an array of weapons and solving puzzles with multiple gadgets. The Playstation 3 can also look forward to titles like Grand Theft Auto 4 and Metal Gear Solid 4.

Advantages: Amusing in parts, the ending Disadvantages: The dialogue is hard to follow in parts, crudeness, mix of tradition & modern doesnt quite work
...I would recommend it as such because there are funnier movies out there and I don't feel that it worked particularly well as a mix of a traditional and modern comedy, really, to be worth purchasing the DVD just to see but I wouldn't say its not worth a quick watch if it came on TV, it depends on if its your sort of thing of course...

Yes, I think this is quite a well made movie that is quite engrossing, although it is also obviously pretty grim, so its not for everyone but as a sci fi/drama/thriller type movie, its not too bad. I found the story perhaps a bit confusing at points (plus if the story hadn't had that bit of optimism in it, I might have been tempted to follow one of those leaflets myself! *ahem*) but other than that, its a decent enough movie.

...Ok, I wrote this about 2 o'clock one morning! Something had happened that day that made me think about the fact that I'd been told (and believed!) that it was wrong to cry but yet I was more than happy for others to call me when something was wrong i knew it was ok for them etc..
