To Infinity and Beyond, Toshiba R200 Laptop

...INFO I have been involved with Toshiba laptops for a few years now. First in having one as a work laptop and secondly supporting them for other users. Toshiba have the ability to create a laptop that is rugged enough to withstand daily use whilst being designed well enough to fit the daily use it was intended for. The Portege R200 is no exception and is an exceptional laptop for the business traveller. Once given the go ahead to buy a couple of these I couldn't wait to ditch the Dell equivalents. COST I managed to secure 2 R200 laptops for a mere £1234 each excluding VAT from Inmac. I have however seen one on EBAY last week for £994. Now that's cheap. Advantages: Great print quality, prints on discs, seperate cartridges
Disadvantages: mine didnt come with a manual, a bit chunky

...I have had my R200 for over a year and am Very inpresed with it. It prints very high quality photo's, and also prints on printable cd's and dvd's. The printer is very easy to set up, and comes with all the software you will need to print photos, and print onto discs. When printing onto discs, you need to drop down a disc 'guide' and then insert a plastic tray with the disc on, which it feeds in and out of the printer (you will need to have some clear space behind the printer as it comes quite a way out). It has the ability tro let you print right to the centre if your discs allow it, it is all adjustable. One problem with disc printing is that often, the machine will 'lose' the guide and you will have to take it out and re-insert it. R200 Photo Printer

...I bought an Epson R200 Printer in February of this year for about £80, I was previously looking at the R300 as it had good reviews in a number of magazines but decided to get the R200 as the only difference was a inbuilt card reader which I already had built into my computer. The R200 is one of the cheapest Printers I have seen to boast CD-printing and is brilliant for making cool looking home made CD's . The supplied CD design and print software is easy to use and you can design a professional looking CD / DVD in a matter of minutes, although printing is slow and CD's expensive. Advantages: Cheap cartridges available
Disadvantages: possible build quality issues

...I recently bought the R200 as a colour backup for my Canon laser printer, and to print photo's from scans and a digital camera. The printer was well packed, but had NO usb lead to connect to the PC, OK, they are only a couple of quid but I would have thought epson could have included one (there is a USB connector on the back AND the front). The printer is a lot wider than my Canon LBP660 and does not appear to be as robust in build, only time will tell. The R200, uses 6 different ink cartridges which you can pick up cheap online which is a real bonus. Output is a very health 5760dpi, and the quality of photo print is suberb, even from images captured with a humble 1.3 mega pixel fujifinepix (even better with my fuji 4mp). The Wii Fit Plus is an excellent add on, and great fun!

The Price Although this was bought, I had a quick look around and have found out that a 75ml bottle, it will set you back only £10 which is extremely reasonable considering most aftershaves are around £30. The Packaging Diesel Zero Plus Masculine comes with really unique, eye catching packaging. It has a perspex dome which sits on the base. The base then has two raised plastic sections, which allows the bottle to the wedged in place. There is a clamp on the spray section at the top to stop the bottle being sprayed accidentally which is quite useful to save any wastage. The bottle itself is a bright red colour, with a silver top.
