Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

I ate Rachels strawberry yoghurt.

Advantages: really delicious

...I bought a Rachel's organic low fat yoghurt and when I ate it I thought how delicious it was. You can buy Rachel's strawberry yoghurt in most supermarkets. This yoghurt is not one of the cheapest at £1.46p for a 450g pot (price Ocado) I notice Ocado have an offer 3 pots for £3 This yoghurt is presented in a plastic pot with a picture of a red strawberry on the Rachel's black and white packaging. One of the reasons I bought this was it is low fat ?. 1.6 g per 100g pot it contains 86k cal per 100g too. I reckon to get 3 or 4 servings out of this 450g pot, more if I add it to cereal or fresh fruit. This yoghurt is also available in a 150g pot cost about 65p. Rachel Walsh: aka Cleopatra, Queen of Denial

Advantages: Entertaining read, slightly more depth than the average chick-lit
Disadvantages: Unchallenging, a bit over-long

..."Rachel's Holiday" is chick-lit, there's no doubt about that. We can tell this at a glance because it is pink, has a pair of shoes on the cover and a girl's name in the title. Oh - and because it's by Marian Keyes, one of the undisputed queens of the genre along with Jane Green, Sophie Kinsella et al. Now, I have eclectic tastes in literature, as my choice of previous review subjects might suggest, and while it isn't my staple reading matter, I have been known to dip my toe into the waters of the dreaded chick-lit. (Incidentally, it's interesting how that slightly derogatory term is now used as a catch-all to describe - and to some extent dismiss - any literature ("lit" as we must now call it) by or about young women. Some of this is absolutely dire, some of it actually pretty good. If in doubt, stick a picture of a pair of shoes...

Rachel Getting Married- Worth a watch,but not two!

Advantages: Story.Realistic
Disadvantages: Slow

...just after coming back from rehabilitation. There is obvious scrutiny of her character, mostly by the relatives and invitees. The family is divided, with her being her dad's favorite daughter, and her sister not liking the fact. The relations seems real, not in contrasting white and black, but rather in the gray region. There's love between sisters and yet there is this jealousy(well,jealousy is not the precise word here),probably sibling rivalry is better. Add a pair of divorced parents, it just makes it more complicated and interesting. Rachel getting married is subtle and probably will linger on your mind if you have a sister.Girls might like this film more. I am not sure of repeated viewings for this film, but its worth a watch! ---Also on ciao under the same name----...

rachel's creamy goodness

...Honestly, the woman is some kind of dairy food goddess. I'd become a lesbian and shack up with her in an instant. I found this by accident in the Supermarket. I go through phases with yoghurt, sometimes I love it and eat it by the bucket load, other times it gets left at the back of the fridge for so long it grows it's own legs and leaves to find it's destiny on the streets of East London. Rachel's never lasts that long. This really is heaven in a pot. And it's organic, so it must be good for me, right? This comes out of a family run organic dairy in Wales. In black pots with a yellow representation of somthing which I suppose it a Greek building, it's hard to tell, it'll set you back about £1.40 for 450g. How do you save people when you know when they die?

Advantages: inspirational, really good!
Disadvantages: boring occasionally!

...I picked this up from scholastic cover to cover catalogue that my school library gets every month! There was a review from an 11 year old who talked about this book saying it was good, and now I agree with her! I hadn?t ever heard of Rachel Ward, but if I had to base her on this one book, I'd say she is an author that will get on my top 10 authors sometime soon once I've read more of her! She hasn't released any more books, so it is possible this would be her one and only book she ever releases, and if that's the case then we might just about lose a great author.
