...Ralph Lauren is one of the better designer fragerances on the market at the moment. Even though it is a bit pricey, it is definatly worth a try.i found out about it when i was at a party, and i could smell it on my friend as she walked past me, and i asked them what it, was, they told me it was ralph lauren, and when i had enough money saved, i bought it for myself! It has a light fruity refreshing smell. it is quite a strong perfume, but when applied in small amounts, it it fresh and light, and has a fruity smell which lingers on you for the whole night, so there is no need to re-apply. ...Working in Boots means I am lucky enough to try every different perfume a girl could want. In our changing rooms at work we have an entire shelf devoted to perfume which we can spray away to our hearts content to keep us smelling sweet all day. I’m one of those women who are unfortunate enough never to have found a ‘signature scent’. I envy those who find a scent so suited to them that they stick with it for life. ...I think one of the best things about going flying and going away on holiday has got to be the Duty Free shops! I love perfume and I love trying out new ones. I'd had my eye on Ralph Lauren Romance for some time and decided to treat myself on the way home from holiday in June. The box stands out as it is a pink (loving all things pink, this is probably why it stood out to me!) simple rectangular shaped box with a silver lid and bottom. It quite simply states on the front that it is 'Ralph Lauren Romance.' The bottle is as simple and effective (in my opinion) as its box. It, again, is a rectangular clear glass bottle with a rectangular silver lid which is easily taken off and replaced again. The perfume itself is a clear liquid and looks just like water. ...Romance by Ralph Lauren has got to be one of the best perfumes you can buy. My boyfriend bought me it as a surprise present and I have to say, although I was not impressed by the name to start with I certainly fell in love with the fragrance. I find it suitable for any occasion, it has a fruity smell which isn't too overpowering yet still lasts for several hours. One of the few disadvantages wil this perfume could be perhaps the price, this could be why its called Romance though, what with Christmas around the corner the name many men are bound to buy their loved ones it in the hope of a bit extra "Romance".... ...I got my first bottle of romance just over i year ago from my boyfriend i love the smell so much and have always wanted it since i got a sample free from the ralph lauren counter in a department store. I now have the Perfume and the body lotion. The fragrance is a rosy sweet smell and is good for any occasion. The lotion leaves my skin soft and of course smells nice. The bottle design is very minimalistic basically clear glass with the romance logo but they come in pretty pink boxes which always look good on the dresser. I would reccomend anyone to persuade their boyfriend/partner to get some they will love it as much as you do !!... Read review

...I was bought a 50ml bottle of Romance by my girlfriend a while ago and having used a number of scents, it is rapidly becoming my (and more importantly her!!) favourite. Packaging --------- This item comes in a 10x5x3cm box which is shiny black. It has the words RALPH LAUREN ROMANCE on the side which serves as a pretty big clue as to its contents. Other than the obligatory warnings about not using the product on broken skin or "not using the product for any purpose other than that for which it is intended!!!", there is nothing else of note on the smart packaging. Once opened, inside you will find a rectangular bottle with a black "vaporisateur", or spray nozzle, and a black lid with the product name printed on it.
