Ramada Encore Bournemouth - Customer Service Needs Improving

...The Ramada Encore in Bournemouth is a well placed hotel within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants as well as the beach and surroundings attractions. At the time of writing there are over 70 Ramada hotels in the UK. ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN The hotel was easy enough to spot from the main road as it has a large sign in front to indicate its presence. We drove into the car park at the rear of the hotel and managed to find a parking space. There were also guest parking spaces at the front of the hotel and underground parking available with a lift to bring you up to reception. The car park has around 80 spaces. We were able to enter the hotel through the rear entrance and went to reception which was just a few yards away. Advantages: I don't have to stay here ever again.

Advantages: Pleasant hotel not too far from the old town

...While touring Germany last year, we wanted to break our journey from Berlin at a convenient spot. But we wanted somewhere we could spend a couple of days and have enough to do. After a bit of research we decided on Goslar, in the Harz mountains. Rather than staying in an hotel on the old town with some historic character, and ricketty floors, we opted for something more modern in the shape of the Treff Ramada which we managed to book direct for only 53 euros per night room only. ...Ramada Encore is a fantastic hotel to stay in. We were celebrating my boyfriends 23rd birthday and wanted to stay in a nice hotel, which was easily accessible to London. This hotel is amazing as it was easy to find and in a perfect quiet location to relax in. The exterior was amazing and the interior even better. The room was beautiful. Very modern and contenpary, and very clean. The staff were wonderful. Very polite and attended to your every need. The breakfast was tasteful and the restaurant was absolutely amazing. the food tasted so amazing. I would defiantly recommend staying in this hotel and will even be coming back to for my birthday. Location brilliant as it had a tube station near by making London accessible. Amazing hotel at an excellent price. Defiantly two thumbs up....

...The Ramada Hotel in Calgary (Canada) is a personal favorite, and when in Calgary, I wont stay anywhere else, indeed, I am willing to travel an hour or so just to stay there! My son loved it too (But not as much as the theme hotel in Edmonton (Different room every night!) ...Having already spent a very nice short break at the Ramada Jarvis Gourock Hotel for my birthday a couple of years ago we decided to book the Christmas Party Night for the 16th November. I know it’s a bit early to be celebrating Christmas but for us it was just an excuse to get away for the weekend. The Ramada Jarvis Gourock is situated on the Firth of Clyde, within easy reach of Glasgow Airport and the city centre. It is also handy for beauty spots like Dunoon and Greenock. The Christmas Party Night package includes, for £40 per head, an overnight stay with Christmas dinner and disco (finishing at 2am) and breakfast the next morning, as well as full use of the hotel facilities. Ramada Inn, International Drive

Advantages: Large comfortable rooms, good views from rooms
Disadvantages: No entertainment, no shuttle service

...This was the first hotel we stayed at when we went on holiday to Orlando in 2003, it was then known as the Wellesley Inn but I think changed to Ramada in 2004. It is well situated on International Drive, Orlando for all the attractions and restaurants on this 1 mile long stretch. The room was extremely large with 2 queen sized beds and plenty of space to move around. It had a sectioned off wash area and bathroom with shower over the bath, microwave, safe, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, desk etc. Unlike some hotel rooms in Orlando the bathroom was a separate room, some of the others had a room with bath/shower and toilet which was lockable, but the washing area was just sectioned off, meaning you had to warn other people in the room that you were about to wash your "bits."
