Advantages: Modern, clean, spacious room, location
Disadvantages: Not easy to find, failure to deliver room service

...Getting There There's something a little strange about Ramada's city centre hotel in Birmingham. I don't know what it is exactly, but the overall feeling I got what that they were trying to hide. Having had a rootle around on their main website, it doesn't appear to exist. Although it does have a website all of its own, which is comforting. So what about finding it in the flesh...

Advantages: Clean, friendly, well-presented
