Ramada Leeds Parkway a nice hotel with lovely function rooms

Advantages: Good food, Lovely function rooms, Clean, friendly and lots of parking
Disadvantages: expensive food and drink

...This hotel is lovely and resonably priced. I had an over night stay here after attending my fathers wedding reception held in one of the function rooms, as with any hotel the drinks and food are expensive and they ran out of a few favouritedrinks that is the only drawback! The hotel room and function rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and all staff were welcoming and very helpful. Buffet Style food for night do was lovely with a great selection and the cooked breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of continental options also. Plenty of parking for guests and visitiors. In my opinion a good location for any occasion or a stay in Leeds Although the hotel itself is quite rural so not for everyone i think overall a lovely place may not be suited to familys over the weekend due to functions but when i requested a room...

...I stayed in the Ramada Hotel in Belfast and I must say that the experiance had its flaws and its charms. I normally stay in the Hilton or the Europa in Belfast if I ever decide to stay but because of the busy Valintines Day period I was unable to book a room in either of these hotels so I then decided to book a room with the Ramada. The price of this hotel was reasonable, at £79 a night, I think that this is a great price for a hotel of this standard because compared to the Hilton thats rooms can cost up to £125 a night for a twin room this is a great price for a Friday night, though the Travel Lodge probably would have been cheaper if you decide to go away for lesiure reasons sometimes that hotel wont cut it. ...My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights recently, here is my review: Cleanliness: Room and rest of the hotel was not only clean but literally sparkling, its just a shame that the carpets upstairs seemed old, out of fashion and grubby although they were hoovered, it would be nice to see modern fresh carpets there one day to compliment the rest of the hotel. Room: Spotless everywhere, the bathroom was sparkling, the bed consisted of a crisp white duvet and not sheets & wool blanket which you get in some places! Extra pillows and towels stored away, tea & coffee including decaf and herbal, nice! Not exactly a wardrobe but a space in the wall to hang 4 or 5 items, iron/board, widescreen TV with internet, keyboard, telephone, movies, quality hair dryer was so good i had to jot down the name of it to buy for myself!
