...Having just returned from what I class as a well deserved break I thought I would write about the Hotel me and my family have just returned from. I decided at the last minute really that I would book us a weekend away and began to surf the net as you do looking for not only a bargain but a nice place to stay to boot. The place I eventually chose with the help of my fiancé was the Ramada Jarvis hotel in Brighton, I have never stayed in a hotel in Brighton before having only visited once previously and having stayed in a bed and breakfast so I cannot compare it to other hotels in the Brighton area but I can compare it to other hotels throughout Britain and indeed Europe as I am fairly well travelled. Advantages: Pleasant hotel not too far from the old town
Disadvantages: noisy!

...While touring Germany last year, we wanted to break our journey from Berlin at a convenient spot. But we wanted somewhere we could spend a couple of days and have enough to do. After a bit of research we decided on Goslar, in the Harz mountains. Rather than staying in an hotel on the old town with some historic character, and ricketty floors, we opted for something more modern in the shape of the Treff Ramada which we managed to book direct for only 53 euros per night room only. Overall we had a nice stay at Ramada Jarvis Glasgow

...My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights recently, here is my review: Cleanliness: Room and rest of the hotel was not only clean but literally sparkling, its just a shame that the carpets upstairs seemed old, out of fashion and grubby although they were hoovered, it would be nice to see modern fresh carpets there one day to compliment the rest of the hotel. Room: Spotless everywhere, the bathroom was sparkling, the bed consisted of a crisp white duvet and not sheets & wool blanket which you get in some places! Extra pillows and towels stored away, tea & coffee including decaf and herbal, nice! Not exactly a wardrobe but a space in the wall to hang 4 or 5 items, iron/board, widescreen TV with internet, keyboard, telephone, movies, quality hair dryer was so good i had to jot down the name of it to buy for myself! Ramada Leeds Parkway a nice hotel with lovely function rooms

Advantages: Good food, Lovely function rooms, Clean, friendly and lots of parking
Disadvantages: expensive food and drink

...This hotel is lovely and resonably priced. I had an over night stay here after attending my fathers wedding reception held in one of the function rooms, as with any hotel the drinks and food are expensive and they ran out of a few favouritedrinks that is the only drawback! The hotel room and function rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and all staff were welcoming and very helpful. Buffet Style food for night do was lovely with a great selection and the cooked breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of continental options also. Plenty of parking for guests and visitiors. In my opinion a good location for any occasion or a stay in Leeds Although the hotel itself is quite rural so not for everyone i think overall a lovely place may not be suited to familys over the weekend due to functions but when i requested a room...

Good Hotel for exploring Bristol

Disadvantages: Very expensive restarant and bar, rather sad swimming pool and gym

...This hotel in in the centre of Bristol within waling distance of Temple Meads Station. If you know Bristol then you will know that this location then might mean convenience but it's not gorgeous - a lot of Bristol was bombed in the war and rebuilt in the 50s and 60s and it shows! The hotel itself is newer than that though, but when you arrive it does look a bit tired and in need of a facelift. Parking is available and not difficult, though like most city centre budget hotels you have to pay extra for it, but I thought the £3.50 a night quite a good rate. It seemed a secure car park. . I checked in swiftly and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. ...The Ramada Encore in Bournemouth is a well placed hotel within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants as well as the beach and surroundings attractions. At the time of writing there are over 70 Ramada hotels in the UK. ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN The hotel was easy enough to spot from the main road as it has a large sign in front to indicate its presence. We drove into the car park at the rear of the hotel and managed to find a parking space. ...Recently, (all of January), Ramada da Vinci's Hotel in Londonderry had a special offer. The offer was £1 per night. Yes, £1 per night. My partner found the offer on the internet and thought it was a mistake, so she applied for the offer, and it worked, so, we booked another couple of rooms for our friends for the two weeks after that. The rooms are amazing, they have 2 large double beds, flatscreen tv, bath, power shower, fridge, iron, ironing board, fast ethernet internet connection,tea and coffee and 2 bottles of wine, (wine separate at £10 for a half bottle...) Ramada Encore the place to be

Advantages: close to central london, amazing value

...Ramada Encore is a fantastic hotel to stay in. We were celebrating my boyfriends 23rd birthday and wanted to stay in a nice hotel, which was easily accessible to London. This hotel is amazing as it was easy to find and in a perfect quiet location to relax in. The exterior was amazing and the interior even better. The room was beautiful. Very modern and contenpary, and very clean. The staff were wonderful. Very polite and attended to your every need. The breakfast was tasteful and the restaurant was absolutely amazing. the food tasted so amazing. I would defiantly recommend staying in this hotel and will even be coming back to for my birthday. Location brilliant as it had a tube station near by making London accessible. Amazing hotel at an excellent price. Defiantly two thumbs up....
