...Our second honey was going to be one to remember. I was gobsmacked walking through the revolving doors into the Ramada Plaza & Inn - New Yorker Hotel, New York City. We had expected something quite shabby as it was a last minute deal through expedia.co.uk whilst sitting in Manchester Airport waiting for our flight to arrive. (Talk about last minute). The hotel can arrange airport transfers in the form of a limousine service, they cover JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark and LGA. The cars range from a comfortable 4 seater limousine to an overside SUV limousine. Of course this is at a price, it ranges from $65.00 to $110.00 (£35.00/40.00 to £60.00/70.00) not too expensive they will display your name on a board, taking the hassle out of waiting for taxi's. Ramada Encore Bournemouth - Customer Service Needs Improving

Advantages: Clean spacious rooms
Disadvantages: Customer service levels lets the hotel down

...The Ramada Encore in Bournemouth is a well placed hotel within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants as well as the beach and surroundings attractions. At the time of writing there are over 70 Ramada hotels in the UK. ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN The hotel was easy enough to spot from the main road as it has a large sign in front to indicate its presence. We drove into the car park at the rear of the hotel and managed to find a parking space. There were also guest parking spaces at the front of the hotel and underground parking available with a lift to bring you up to reception. The car park has around 80 spaces. We were able to enter the hotel through the rear entrance and went to reception which was just a few yards away. Only A(n)Twerp would choose this hotel

Advantages: Nice bright conference room
Disadvantages: Desperately in need of refurb and NEW reception staff

...the two lunches were almost identical. Conference Facilities The meeting room we used was good - I was relieved we were allocated a large, bright room on the ground floor instead of one of the subterranean basement rooms. Coffee service during the breaks was done using a Douwe Egberts coffee machine which seemed a bit lazy. Each break the mugs ran out, although I'm not sure if that was because they didn't lay out enough mugs or if they all got pinched by other hotel users. Each break we had to go hunting for staff to bring more mugs. Still not sure where it is I've still not quite worked out where the Ramada Plaza is in relation to the rest of Antwerp. I have friends who live in the centre, near the river, and it takes them 5 to 10 minutes to pick me up when I stay there, so I'd say it's not within comfortable walking distance...

Good Quality Airport Hotel

Advantages: Nice clean hotel, good rooms
Disadvantages: Drinks seemed quite expensive

This meant that we were getting to stay the night in London for nothing as we arranged to get a refund from the travel agents for our original hotel meaning the flight being moved worked in our favour this time. *****LOCATION***** The Ramada Plaza hotel, Gatwick is located four miles away from Gatwick airport. When we arrived at the airport we were at the North terminal at which point we took the free train service to the South terminal to take advantage of Virgin's twilight check-in services and get rid of our suitcases. The best thing about The Victoria Park Plaza is that it is in a prime position just two minutes from Victoria Station and an easy walk to some of London's main attractions. I found it perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. There were also quite a number of restaurants close by and my mum who cannot walk far didn't complain once. Although we ate at the hotel we also sampled London's China Town. It is a four star hotel and lives up to the standard. ...a nice feel to them you can feel the build quality in the rooms the beds are comfortable the desk is made from oak tree they look and feel great. One thing that I usually find with hotel room bathrooms is that they are small and in fact too small I feel like I don?t have enough space to stand in them and that it cannot be comfortable. However the bathrooms in the Crowne Plaza are perfect they just look beautiful and posh. I had enough space to stand around; I had space to put my clothes and enough room to shave without banging into the mirror I guess you can get my point. ...The first grumpy free break for some years, he was rock bothering in Italy (environmental stuff) so where could we go? After debating and a bottle of wine we decided to try Prague and checked on the Best Western site to see what delights and bargains they had to offer. For those of you that read my reviews you will notice that we tend to use B.W a lot and there is good reason for doing so. Firstly they are all different, some quirky, some modern, big and small and secondly I can book them all through central reservations, I can easily change hotels, nights and add rooms etc, nothing seems too much trouble.
