Rayburn 480K problems

Advantages: Looks good
Disadvantages: unreliable and expensive

...We bought a rayburn 480K brand new in Feb 2003. The first problem was a blast tube on the cooker side breaking down on a friday evening of a bank holiday when we were having guests for the weekend. No engineer available. An AGA for the smaller house - by the same people

Advantages: Smaller than an AGA, don't have to keep on
Disadvantages: still big & heavy!
