...OK, a review on a double male connector for a garden hose, I must be mad! The daft thing is, they are very useful, if you have a garden hose with snap on fit fittings, then you can borrow your neighbours hose. If you don't hve one of these, then you are forced with the choice of cobbling something together with bits of pipe & Jubilee clips, or buying a longer hose.

Review of Rehau Double Male Connector

Hey presto, 2 becomes 1
Advantages: easy to carry, easy to take off and put on. Easy to make 2 buggies into 1
Disadvantages: Can be difficult to push double until you get the knack!

I bought a set of these pushchair/stroller connectors when my daughter was about 8 months old. I had already bought a second stroller as my son had been unwell for a long time and finding it difficult to walk everywhere. Whilst 2 strollers are fine when you have a helping hand I was struggling along during the week. Theses connectors connected my 2 (identical) strollers together to be a twin stroller. This means I can push both children at once and get out and about more.
Whilst they attach easily and take off easily it can be cumbersome to push the 2 strollers together. Its easier on flatter surfaces such as shopping centres and a certain amount of "getting the knack" is needed. However, now I have I wouldn't be without them.

...In 1981 soul music legend Diana Ross hit the headlines when it was announced that after twenty successful years she was fleeing Motown Records for a whopping $20,000,000 deal with RCA Records. Ross had signed to Motown records at the tender age of 16 and gradually became the labels biggest selling artist. Motown was the pioneering record label in black music and Ross and the companys boss Berry Gordy had helped change and shape the whole face of black music in the twentieth century.
Ross went to Berry Gordy to see if he could match RCA Records' deal for $20,000,000 but he simply told her he could not afford such an extravagent deal and pointed out to her that she would not be afforded the same lavish care and attention her career had always received elsewhere. Diana Ross's RCA Records Debut Album
Advantages: Contains a few great tracks
Disadvantages: A few weak links
...Diana Ross' brand new life at RCA Records kicked off to a promising start both personally and professionally. She enjoyed the satisfaction she'd craved for so long in producing and generally being a more creative force with her studio albums. Diana virtually controlled every aspect of this album right down to the revealing cover shot where she is dressed in a startling zebra-skin outfit which she had incidentally designed herself.
Aided by six studio technicians, Diana produced all 9 tracks on the Why Do Fools Fall In Love album which was belatedly released in September 1981, six months after its origanal schedule date. For somebody who had never produced an entire album before she certainly did remarkably well.
Oddly enough the premier RCA single would be the cover version of Frankie Lymon And The Teenagers classic hit...

...The Belkin Power Y Splitter Power splitter is primarily used to connect devices within your PC. This is what runs power to the devices. Everyone has these in there PC so I thought id review it. This way people who don't know what this is will have a better understanding of what's helping supply power to there devices in there PC.
The 6 inch disk drive power Y splitter cables are used to connect two internal floppy drives (3.5") to the power supply. With this you get 2 four pin mini sockets; 1 four pin male socket. The two 4 pin mini sockets are used to attach to the drive, as there is two sockets you can attach two drives. The one 4 pin male socket connects directly to the PC's main power supply.

No PS/2 connector with Hela Grip Mouse
Advantages: Easy to get used to after a normal mouse

...Mouse is Ok, although not quite as responsiveness as previous mice I've used. No instructions, but seems to work OK by just plugging in. I bought this mouse because I wanted a PS/2 connection not USB, which it stated that it had on seller's website [Ergoptions.com]. No PS/2 connector was supplied so I emailed Ergoptions, who said that 'the product has been updated since the website description
was last changed, and the PS2 connector is no longer part of the box. We will however send you a separate ps2/usb adapter...' Although replying to my first email almost straight away, no PS2-USB has arrived and, like the other reviewer, no response from any of my subsequent emails. And the website has still not been updated. Product is average but not as advertised and seller's service is v. poor....

Fantastic value hose reel, seems good quality.
Advantages: Good quality, at a good price.

...Ok, so the end of November might seem a strange time to buy a garden hose reel set, but mine tends to get more use washing a muddy dog & dirty cars, especially at this time of year.
The previous hose reel I had, has recently given up after a number of years of sterling service. The handle had fallen off the winder, and there were a number of punctures in the hose pipe, so it was time to find a replacement, I cannot remember what make this one was, but it was cheap, and must have lasted at least 6 years, so I cannot complain.
I found the Hozelock 25m Compact Hose Reel at Focus DIY for a very competitive £25.
As well as a pretty sturdy, plastic, floor standing reel, you also get 25 meters of yellow hose pipe, and all the connectors you need to get the thing plumbed in, plus, an adjustable spray nozzle.

Free with you trusty iPod
Advantages: long, easy to store, quick transfers, long-lasting

...well what can i say, you get this connector free when you buy your ipod or you can buy it seperately for between £5 and £10. Obviously it can be very useful and very handy because it can be used to transfer songs, images and videos from computer to ipod.
As well as this it can be used to charge your ipod if you buy a serperate mains charger. the cable measures around one metre meaning it can be plugged into your ipod from a good distance. Its made of a good quality and i have used mine for the past 20 months since i got an ipod mini and it is still in fantastic condition. the whole transfering songs is incredibly quick and thsi connnector is small and easy to store away.
Highly recommended !!...
