...receipt and get any refund I am due., The point is I shouldn't have to check, I should be able to trust the retailer to charge me the correct amount. I know lots of people don't check their receipts so never spot this overcharging. This money is going straight into the pockets of the supermarket when it should be in your own pocket. As it happens so often I am beginning to wonder if it is a deliberate ploy to enhance profits. I have written to Sainsbury's on several occassions and have received letters of apology and vouchers, but they do not seem to be adressing the problem. I don't want to have to complain. I just want my bill to be correct. Be careful, always check your till receipt!...

Cheap designer labels, but keep the receipt

Advantages: Great shoes at attractive prices
Disadvantages: I wonder if some of the stock are slight seconds

...'s visit I was in and out of the shop in 10 mins walked in to buy 1 pair and walked out with 3 pairs paying £61.00 in total. Can't complain at the price. I will be keeping the receipt somewhere very safe though as the first time I purchased hush puppies school shoes for my daughter there at £14.00 the sole came apart at the toe in less than 3 weeks, I really wasn't impressed especially as I couldn't find the receipt. I couldn't return them and then had to go to Clark's to buy a new pair of school shoes at £32.00. A colleague of mine said she had also had the same problem with some shoes she had purchased there. I also purchased a pair of flip flops back in the summer which I have not had any problems with at all. I made my purchase today with an open my mind and hope that the shoes purchased today will last a suitable amount of time...

...I am sad that I have to write my first negative review, but do want to warn people about the Woolworths exchange policy, which they are now implementing to the letter. The policy is fine if you are buying for yourself, but if you are purchasing for other people please remember to hand out the receipt at the same time as the gift. Please do not bother about sending the store feedback as they ignore any helpful comments and think that rudeness is acceptable. ...I may be biased in my review, but I have had poor experience with Remington's hair trimming products. I should have learned my lesson from a previous Remington made hair trimmer I bought. Being a little naive, I thought I would go for one of the most expensive available thinking that it would be a quality product and so do the job, as well as last a long time. It did do the job for a few weeks but then for no explainable reason, while trimming my hair, something clicked, and suddenly it became as blunt as a rusty knife, it wouldn't even cut a single strand of hair, being the fool that I am I had failed to keep the receipt, so decided to dismantle the product and put it back together to see if there was just a little glintch, but this unfortunately had no effect. The ease and speed of adding songs and videos is great too, it's the same as the others just drag and drop your songs from your computer onto the playlist on your IPod, in seconds it add's them to your IPod. Creating playlists is just as quick using ITunes. Sound quality is very good I think too, only problem I have had is with my headphones, which are great sound quality but the rubber (bit around the ear pieces) started to rip off them a few months back but IPod headphones can be cheap to replace (I lost the receipt so can't get a replacement). But the sound quality is very good, clear & crisp. The design is excellent, it's small and sleek plus a cute looking little device but with a lot of power and quality....

This sucks!! But in a good way!!

Advantages: Compact, easy to use, great price, 5 yr guarantee

It comes with telescopic aluminium extension tubes and stretch hose, which means all the stairs and upstairs landing can be done with the hoover staying at the bottom (will save my back no end of pain!) The on/off button and cord retractor button are easy to use foot controlled, again saving your back, and the "bin" into which the dust is collected is very very simple to take off, empty and reattach. I have yet to wash the filter but looking at it this seems easy too. Having a young baby in the house means I was very pleased to see that the machine is endorsed by the British Allergy Foundation. Also included when you buy this hoover (and I assume any Dyson product) is a 5 year guarantee on the machine and all its parts.
