Dove Intensive-Cream Nourishing Care
Advantages: Fast soaking, and nourishment
Disadvantages: I do not know any
...Dove creme is a fine product it does all what it should and gives me the best of what my skin needs.
--- Look of the package ---
The packaging gave me a good feeling about the product itself. It made on me the impression that it is a valuable product because I expect that a good product is also packed well. I appreciate the plastic round dose that you open by screwing. The top is white and the container is blue and they have the same height - a good balance. I like the screwing function in comparison to Nivea cream in a metal dose that I cannot open as easily as the aforementioned Dove Cream because I have to pull the cap sometimes even with effort.
--- Experience ---
When I opened and used the first time the Dove Intensive Nourishing care cream, a fine effect worked out well for my skin. It moisturised my skin the whole day...

Man Cream !
Advantages: Protects & moisturises the skin
Disadvantages: Your girlfriend may "borrow it" !
...Only a few years back, us guys would have had funny looks if we admitted to using facial care products. Just imagine the scene, after a brutal and bloody rugby match, rushing back for a group shower experience, drying off and then pulling a jar of moistureiser out of the locker and applying it to your face. I get the feeling that the result would be along the lines of name calling or the dreaded towel-whip !
Times, however, have changed - and cosmetic and skincare companies, such as Nivea, are introducing ranges specifically for men. This review is for just one product in their range - Nivea For Men Intensive Cream.
The Product -
-------------------
The cream comes in a 50ml Glass Pot, with a protective foil seal. When peeled back, the cream itself looks very appealing - pure white that resembles fresh dairy cream. There is...

8hr cream that really sinks in
Advantages: easily absorbed, noticed a difference straight away moisturizing for 8 hrs
Disadvantages: bit pricey depending on where you buy from
...Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream
?intensive body moisturizing treatment. Smooth over body daily?
What does it do?
The claims of this body cream are to leave the skin soft and luxurious for 8 hours long. They say that it absorbs quickly and deeply giving a very intense moisture saturation. Especially good for and reverses the appearance of dry flaky skin.
This cream has won THE BEAUTY INSIDERS AWARDS
verdict
The 1.7 oz tube that I have is not really that big, and for the amount I used on my dry legs and arms its not going to last that long.
On opening the tube I found that the cream is actually very thick, nice though and soothing when rubbing it into my skin. It had a pleasant scent to it but I couldn?t quite put my finger on what it was, maybe citrus lemon.
The cream sunk into my skin immediately, and because I...

intensive moisturizing body treatment, handy for holidays
Advantages: easily absorbed
Disadvantages: pricey
...As a fan of the original E.A eight hour cream (the pink gel) I tried this body cream with interest.
It has a very similar slightly lemony scent but is not as strong as the pink all purpose gel.
It goes on very easily and leaves the skin feeling very soft and moisturized and hydrated and leaves a slight scent on the skin.
the tube is a handy size to take on holiday and would be very good to sooth skin after being in the sun.
It is not at all greasy so could be used straight before getting dressed without worrying about getting it on your clothes.
although called 8 hour cream i am not convinced it would last that long on the skin and I think it is a bit pricey to use all over the body though okay for dry parts as needed

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Intensive Body Treatment
Advantages: Super fast-absorbing and moisturizing without being greasy
Disadvantages: The cream is perfume scented which might make it non unisex.
...I love this product! It is a godsend if you want super-soft, super-moisturized skin without the grease-effect or feeling like the product is ?sitting? on the skin and for this reason I love using it on my face as well as my body.
The cream is fast-absorbing and instantly makes my skin feel baby soft and supple without a trace of grease and gives a great base for my foundation to just glide on - you also don't have to wait before applying my foundation like other creams because it literally sinks in. I also use it on the backs of my hands, legs, feet and anywhere that needs extra attention and it leaves my body feeling really soft and pampered.
It retails quite pricey in department stores but I got mine quite cheaply online (http://www.beautycounterdirect.co.uk/elizabeth-arden-8-hour-intensive-body-treatment-50ml-p-1472.html)...

All in one miracle cream!
Advantages: many products in 1, saves money, rubs in easily
Disadvantages: expensive on the high street
...MIRACLE CREAM
I started using the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream because of all the fantastic reviews it had, and I must say it fulfilled all of the expectations I had plus more. It truly is a miracle cream and is affordable.
Being the well known brand of Elizabeth Arden you can find it in most department stores and high street stores such as Boots however I would recommend buying it online as you will find it?s a lot cheaper. On the CheapSmells website you can buy a 50ml tube for £11.90, I have seen it not online for prices in excess of £20 so you are definitely better off buying online.
You can get the 8 hour face cream in sizes 30ml and 50ml. You can also get the miracle hand cream in 75ml.
The cream itself is mainly used as a skin protectant and can help with problems such as dry, flaky skin. But the miracle with this cream is that...

... Intensity ....
Advantages: Everything
Disadvantages: Not a one...
...The title is pretty much self-explanatory. This book defies all logic and reasoning!
In this day and age of slasher movies and extremely pitiful thrillers, Intensity is a psychological thriller that definitely delivers! I still shudder (with both, terror and delight) at the very thought of this book! Intelligent plot and characters, intriguing choice of settings, mysterious, chilling (I sat up till dawn clutching my stuffed bear!) . . . there is nothing bad anyone can say about this book. You MUST get the Audiotape also.
I've watched the little made-for TV movie (the fact that I even turned the tube on says a lot) and read the book over 13 times. I would put this book, and its hauntingly memorable characters, up there with Agent Starling and Hannibal Lecture in "Silence of the Lambs" and Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt, and Morgan Freeman...

Eight Hour Miracle Cream!
Advantages: Heals and Soothes skin.
Disadvantages: Price, can take a while to absorb.
...Before I bought Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream I had read about it in magazines with lots of Celebrities citing it as one of there "Must have" beauty products. As ever my inquisitive nature took over and I decided to invest in a tube to find out what I have been missing. So of I went to my local Debenhams and asked the Beauty Advisor for a tube of this recommended cream.
The Cream cost me £18 for a 50ml tube. I know this is also available at other department stores so it may be possible to buy this cheaper. The eight hour cream comes in an off white box with the Elizabeth Arden logo on the front. The actual tube is white in colour with black writing across the front and a screw top lid.
Eight Hour Cream was developed by Elizabeth Arden over 70 years ago. Its intended use is to sooth minor skin irritations and calm chapping...

Intensely rubbish!
Advantages: Erm....
Disadvantages: Read review!
...of the tube I'm told it's Intense Volume (TM) and around the back I'm told it's 'Fantastic volume with perfect separation and curl for lusher lashes and that's it's hypo-allergenic, the size is stated (as I've listed already) and contact details for Boots are given. On the top of the tube there is a colour coded label (as this is available in black, black/brown, brown and navy colour choices) and your told what colour it is (in my case I have the black colour). Nice enough tube and it's got a nice curve to the middle of it for ease of handling. Also it's a robust plastic meaning I find that with No7 mascara's in general they don't scratch and/or look scruffy over time and stay looking presentable.
The Mascara Itself:
Well untwist the top part and your met with a long sturdy plastic 'wand' and on the end of that there is twisted type of brush...
