THE FANTASTIC 'REEBOK I RUN TREADMILL'

Advantages: QUALITY, VALUE FOR MONEY, COMPACT.
Disadvantages: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

...INTRO After the sudden death of my 7 year old Pro-form treadmill it was time to start looking for something to replace it with but being somewhat out of pocket (probably due to credit crunch/petrol prices) my budget was under £400. I must say I didn't think that I'd be able to get much treadmill for my money. FINDING A TREADMILL I started my searching on the Internet with a firm called fitness-superstore http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk, which has a great range of low priced treadmills and I soon became zapped by the latest designs and specifications of the new range of treadmill on the market. As I set my budget at under £400 this helped me to narrow my searching and leave me with 3 possible treadmills that met my needs, the makes were Pro-form, Weslo, Reebok. THE REEBOK SHOP AT BRAINTREE

Advantages: Great shop, items and prices
Disadvantages: I think there's only 2 stores in the whole country

...A few years back now 'Braintree shopping village' opened but I only visited the place for the first time last year and since then I have been going back on frequent visits. The place is called 'The Braintree Freeport Designer Village' and has many decent designer stores including 'The Reebok Shop'. I know for a fact that they're aren't many 'Reebok' shops around in this country, I think there's one in Somerset which I've never visited but living relatively near to Braintree, this NEW 'Reebok Shop' was going to get visited! The store was pretty big and looked very impressive, everything was set out out nicely with lots of space which was great because I'm not very keen on shops which are all cramped up. Review of Reebok Shop

Reebok Rider up/down back/forward thingy

Advantages: you get thin
Disadvantages: you look daft

...The Reebok Rider is a rather strange looking exercise cycle-thingy. It has a rather clever system whereby it uses your own body weight to give the resistance for the action. It's not actually a cycle but a strange rocking, riding affair which has you bobbing up and down and backward and forwards in a very odd fashion. The manufacturers say its supposed to increase your aerobic capacity, develop you upper body and strengthen your legs. I'm sure it probably does, but you don't half feel stupid wriggling around on this thing particularly if anyone is watching. It has a maximum body weight of 18 stone, but my 17 and a half stone was such that I could hardly move the thing -my body weight was applying so much resistance. At £149.99 its a rather expensive piece of equipment to make you look daft. Please remember to rate this opinion...

i -run...........your better off with an i-pod :

The last runner I reviewed was the Horizon Elite 507 which came in at a touch over £1000. This is an expensive treadmill, but it came with everything you need from a running machine. ...I have got through many pairs of trainers over the years and can even remember when trainers were called plimsolls or pumps. I guess I started when the old Dunlop Green Flash were all the rage, progressed on to Adidas Roms, through to many different versions and brands of specialist running shoes made by New Balance, Asics and Nike. Anyway, having established my credentials I have to say that I have now found the most comfortable pair of cross trainers that I have ever had. They are Reebok DMX shoes which cost about £55 when I bought them in June this year. They are grey in colour with black trim and they feel like slippers. ...Today I went to Street, Somerset and there is a Reebok shop so I decided to pop in and have a look as Reebok is my favourite Sports brand. The shop is very large and has space between the different clothes and things so I didn't feel cramped. That's one of things that I hate mostly about shops, it makes me feel like they are trying to push me out but I didn't feel this in the Reebok Shop. The shop sells a variety of different Rreebok things e.g. clothes, trainers, bags etc. The clothes are for Women, Children, and Men. The children sizes go up to 164cm (age 14-15 years) and the clothes are reasonably priced. The adults clothes are much more cheaper in that shop rather than other shops e.g. highstreet sports shops. Bouncing your way to fitness

It will take a person's weight up to 18 stone (114kg) and comes complete with a short but comprehensive workout manual. The best bit? it only costs about £50 - roughly one month's membership at your local gym, or 10-12 exercise classes. Opening the box. When you open up the rather large box you will find 3 items. The items are: 1 - The rebounder bed 2 - 6 screw in legs 3 - A workout manual First use.
