Morocco's Essaouira - Good to chill for a couple of days
Advantages: Great for a relax for a night or two
Disadvantages: Not too much to see - a full day and you've done it.
...the two cities. First, the sprawl of Marrakech seemed to go on for miles, with a lot of half finished new apartments, and space being converted to luxury golf hotels miles from the city centre.
After that we spotted a lot of very arid and poor farmland and then plantations of Argon trees (used for Morocco?s famous oil) before reaching another town with another load of those unfinished housing...

Forget Aladin, try Morocco!
Advantages: Great food and shopping
Disadvantages: Perverts, beggars and forceful vendors
...A WHOLE NEW WORLD?
I was going through some of my travel pictures with a friend the other day, and that spurred me on to write about my very best travel memories. My trip to Morocco was certainly a memorable one- albeit the fact that I got sunburned, harassed by beggars and street vendors. But I still have some fond memories of this place, especially the fabulous architecture and nightlife...

Aga- don't don't don't! Agadir. Morocco
Advantages: Hot, lovely beaches, good trips out of the city.
Disadvantages: A clone of any other seaside resort. Predatory men.
...Why Agadir?
Agadir is a city on the Atlantic in The South West of Morocco. I stayed there for a week a while ago and had a very unusual time there. I had been overworking and decided I needed a week's rest. Agadir ticked the boxes, warm, cheap, somewhere I'd never been before, it sounded interesting. I booked it late off the teletext and off I went!
My travel agents in their wisdom...
