Bed Head Moisture Maniac Conditioner-Yummy Scent/Yucky Results
Advantages: Yummy Candy Scent
Disadvantages: Leaves hair sticky, dry, and dull; residue on scalp; can't run my fingers through my hair
...I love the scent of this shampoo/conditioner, so I use it. I have better results with the shampoo than with the conditioner. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling pretty clean but a bit dry. The CONDITIONER tends to leave my hair feeling somewhat sticky and my scalp feeling cakey -- not a good feeling. I want my hair to smell pretty, look shiny, and feel smooth, soft, and silky after a wash and condition. The shampoo does its job farely well, but the conditioner leaves my hair feeling slightly sticky, dry, and dull but smelling like candy. Its main redeeming factor is its candy scent that stays in my hair better than the shampoo.
My hair type is normal (not too oily/not too dry), long, straight, and medium thickness (not fine and not coarse)....

A revitalising conditioner!
Advantages: Great scent, tangle free hair, only a small amount required, great price.
Disadvantages: None
...Original Source make products which contains 100% natural essential oils, no synthetic fragrances and they do not test their products on animals. This is part of the reason why I enjoy using their guilt free products, that and the gorgeous scents that they carry because of the sheer amount of natural oils and ingredients that are used in making Original Source products.
This conditioner is stated as being for all hair types and I find this to be fairly accurate because I have greasy hair while my Mother suffers from slightly dry, flyaway hair and we have both used this on a couple of occasions with great results.
This conditioner is supplied in a long bottle which thins towards the end and it is designed to stand on it's lid (which is a black flip top) and it is very easy to grip and open whilst in the shower. When the conditioner is...

Sunsilk Conditioner
Advantages: -
Disadvantages: -
...Sunsilk Deeply Brunetter conditioner can be bought in the section of shops that sell hair care and hygiene products. It is a great conditioner to keep your brunetter hair feeling soft and smelling great.
It is priced around £1.50 a bottle which is a great price for a conditioner that works so well.
To apply this conditioner you do so in the same way that you would any other conditioner, it is easy to rinse out of your hair, try and leave it in for a few minutes to enhance its effects.
This conditioner can be used every day as it is not too harsh on your hair and it is reasonably priced.
After drying my hair after using this conditioner I noticed that my hair smelt great and that it was in great condition, this conditioner doesnt leave your hair as nice as when you use a more expensive conditioner for example bed head but...

Fit for a Duchess? Duchy Originals Conditioner.
Advantages: Pleasant scent, left hair soft and fragranced
Disadvantages: Price, price, price!
...Review of Duchy Originals conditioner.
I am reviewing the Rose and Mandarin version of the conditioner, there are several different fragrances in the range, but this review will concentrate on Rose and Mandarin only.
I was given a bottle of Duchy Rose and Mandarin shampoo recently by my daughter. She had bought it, tried it and disliked it, so passed it on to me, a few days later she turned up with the matching conditioner.
The Product
?A creamy, nourishing, protein conditioner made with organic Rose and organic Mandarin Essential oils? is the strap line on the label. Anyone who read my earlier review on the shampoo in this range, may recall that I was less than impressed with that product, so my expectations of the conditioner were fairly low!
The conditioner is presented in a rather old fashioned, recyclable, clear...

Good 'Results for Men' by Charles Worthington
Advantages: Masculine smell, good cleaning, lasts a long time
Disadvantages: Looks expensive compared to 'normal' men's shampoos
...I stumbled upon this in a promotional offer at Boots, and decided to give it a try. As I habitually change brand based on the offers available, this has been the first one I've come back to time and again.
The product is a shampoo and conditioner in one, and comes in a respectable bottle - not one you'd be ashamed of in the locker room. The dispenser is a pump action (good for the gadget loving male) and a couple of presses seems to give the right amount. The dispenser foams the shampoo on the way out, and it lathers well.
While trying to characterise its smell, this one left me stumped. It has a clean but not too soapy smell, with hints of citrus and an overall woody masculine note. Basically, it smells good and isn't overpowering.
Results wise it rinses quickly and cleanly, leaving your hair smooth, clean and not...

Ultimate Results with the Ultimate workout
Advantages: Short, effective workouts
Disadvantages: None
...I try to exercise regularly, and have always used exercise videos and DVD's, as I'm quite self-conscious and I don't fancy working out in front of other people in the gym. I have tried absolutely loads of different fitness videos, but one of my top three would have to be Ultimate Results by Beverley Callard.
~About the DVD~
This is the third out of four fitness videos Beverley has released. I already owned the first two, Real Results and Rapid Results when I bought this one, and I enjoyed them both. The first two were hour-long workouts, this one however is slightly different, as it is split into three separate 20 minute workouts. I think this is much better as for a lot of people, finding a full hour to exercise is not always easy.
You will need an exercise mat before you begin, and you can also use weights between one...

Intensive conditioner
Advantages: Good value, no fuss product
Disadvantages: None
...at the end of my shower or bath. I have quite thick hair, cut into a bob, so I cant really give a verdict on whether it leaves hair tangle free, but it works really well as a general condtioner. As a result, I have stopped bothering with ordinary conditioner, and just use this one once a week, or less often
It gives my hair a bit of lift, which is good for when I am feelign a bit run down.
Some beauticians recommend that you finish your hair wash with a rinse of cold water, to smooth down the hair follicles. I have tried this, and to be honest, it just gave my hair a flat, dull look, so now I am back to rinsing in ordinary warm water (much more comfortable as well).
You just apply after shampooing and rinsing, and leave it in for 2 minutes or so. I like to comb through my hair witha wide tooth comb, to get maximum coverage, but...

Aussie Real Volume Conditioner
Advantages: Smells fabulous
Disadvantages: Seemed to tangle hair uncomfortably; didn't volumise; expensive
...to achieve big hair.
I noticed over a few days that my hair felt tangled and uncomfortable as though it was being pulled out. I thought perhaps I had let my hair get too long - long hair can end up being pulled because of the 'tats' that are an increased hazard of having long hair.
Then I went back to using my own conditioner - a cheap simplistic one with no claims about volumising or repairing hair etc - and the problem disappeared. I can only think that perhaps the Real Volume Conditioner has some sort of 'sticky' effect on the hair in order to provide a volumising effect, although I could not feel any residue.
I probably do not have the right length of hair to be using this product, so perhaps it was an unfair test of it and it wouldn't result in tangling or discomfort to someone with short to medium hair. I have tried other Aussie...

Tesco Coconut Conditioner
Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Smell, leaves hair greasy
...Now, I'm not someone who cares a lot about their hair or the way it looks. I'm often leaving the house for school with a hair in a mess. I do like to use conditioner, however, when I'm washing it. I have absolutely no say in what shampoo or conditioner is bought in my house (I still live with my mum, being only 16, so she does all the shopping), so I just use whatever is there. Occassionally I'll see the bottle of VO5 or Herbal Essences, or if I'm very lucky, a man's shampoo, but more often than not it's the Tesco range that ends up on my head.
My mum's favourite seems to be coconut, for reasons beyond my knowledge. The conditioner leaves my hair greasy and the smell is awful. It does smell of coconuts -ones which have went off! It feels and looks like normal conditioner, but don't let that fool you - it is nothing like, for example...

Amazing Results from Charles Worthington
Advantages: Results, price, quick to use
Disadvantages: None
...?s mostly scientific nonsense to me, certainly not worth it just to make my opinion 200 words longer! The main ingredient is water, and also included are several oils (starflower, evening primrose, jojoba, avocado, almond), colours, fragrance, and others. The ingredients aren?t really important to me, I was surprised there were so many, but I was more bothered to read that it was not tested on animals.
So now the most important part: the results. To be perfectly honest this product surpassed all my expectations and performed most of the miracles it had promised to. I washed my hair exactly as usual, applied the leave-in conditioner, then let my hair dry naturally, so that I could see the results without frizzing it up or drying it out with my hair dryer. The conditioner left my hair feeling smooth and a lot less frizzy than usual, but...
