Macally rfMouse

Advantages: Wireless and simple

...This is the first, and probably the only, time I'm going to review a mouse so I'm sorry if it's a bit short. The Macally rfMouse's main features are that its wireless and designed just for use with Mac's. So anyone look for a mouse for there PC save some time and stop reading now. The shape of the mouse means that it is some what uncomfortable in the left hand but it sits nicely in your right (this maybe be a big down side for some of you). It's simple design means it doesn't offend the eye but isn't absolutly stunning, as far as mouses go anyway. I also one come in white for those who think the colours important. The mouse comes as two parts, the mouse its self and the receiver/charger. An answer to dirty balls

Advantages: Accurate, hassle-free, easy-gliding

The Memorex mouse works by communicating over RF (radio frequency) with a small receiver which you place in rough proximity. The advantage of RF over (say) infra red is that it is omnidirectional - if you've a big mug of tea between the mouse and the receiver, that's not a problem, it will still work fine. I have fixed my receiver to the back of my desk to save more space, and it's quite happy there. The main advantage of being cordless is it gives you a lot more freedom of movement on the desk. No more picking the mouse up and moving it back when you've run out of cord. Review of Panasonic RF-D 1

Not like a Panasonic at all...

Advantages: Lightweight, clear display.battery operation, FM band facillity in the event of DAB being unavailable.
Disadvantages: Reception very position dependent, flimsy construction, terrible tinny sound on DAB NO BASS

Another advantage is that DAB enables a greter use of bandwidth, a term used to describe how much 'signal' or information can be transmitted at one time.As DAB is much more efficient than the older FM etc it has led to a rush of new radio stations such as Planet Rock, Virgin etc all in glorious digital sound. Just RFing the time away

Advantages: You need one really....
Disadvantages: There are none

...Let me point out firstly, that this will be a very very short op. What can I say about some wire with a box in the middle?? Well, the Dreamcast RF Adapter is a small device used to switch between the Dreamcast and the TV chanels (BBC 1 etc). You just pop the TV into one slot and the Dreamcast into another and voila! The technology used in these is far superior than the earlier ones; it simply senses if the Dreamcast is on, then takes away the TV signal until you turn it off again. The decor on the actual adaptor box is plain black with white writing, saying Dreamcast, with the model number. There is a small switch at the bottom of the adaptor, but it makes no difference to the signal. I have a feeling this adaptor will work with other consoles aswell, certaintly the early Master System ones did! These adaptors sell...
