You are supposed to get the next set of instructions here, however these instructions are difficult to understand and inadequate. Some very important steps and key points are missing. Learning with Ricoh

Advantages: Economic when bought, great intro to SLR

...for constant battery charging and replacing that make digitals annoying when you spot something that demands a photograph right away. I've used all kinds of 35mm film in the Ricoh and have a preference for bulk Ektachrome, rolled on in small quantities. Producing one's own slides from such film in a little developing tank, gives an insight to the photographic process that is a learning curve all of its own. The camera is heavy by modern standards - but just convince yourself that weight is quality in this type of situation.! It has the usual facility for tripods, and flash, and all the range of colour and special effects filters. This is the system that allows for real creativity - not just standard digital alteration. I use the digital snappers very happily - see review on FujiPix 610 - but that Ricoh was photography as real art.!...

Dell 725 color printer

Advantages: fast
Disadvantages: does not print in true black ink color

...This printer has NEVER printed in true (or even close...) black "color". Contacting Dell support, I was told "your printer is no longer under warranty", so they would not even offer assistance. I never used it much (it was bundled with the laptop), so now when I needed it for a project, it is very disappointing that it does not work. I have downloaded and installed the "latest" driver (from 2006!) and that still did not help. I re-ran the printers test pattern and head cleaner, and no black ever printed. The test pattern is blue, pink, yellow and brownish-green. Given other's comments here about the black being a greenish-grey, I would never buy another single-cartridge printer again. I would definitely suggest you purchase a printer that has a dedicated black cartridge. Fast speed accounts for nothing if the colors are screwy!...

It was just what I needed a printer/scanner and copier all in one with a free 3.1 MP camera chucked in to seal the deal. I purchased this printer nearly 12 months ago, at the bargain price of £19.99 (prices may differ now), at the time it also came with free delivery.
