Best riding school in the area

Advantages: excellent tuition and horses
Disadvantages: might have to wait to get a place

...I used to ride at snowdon but stopped when i got my own horse as i couldn't afford both. I went their for several years after starting riding at another school that although it became an ABRS school it was actually shocking. On discovering Snowdon, i had to wait to get a place but it was worth the wait as the tuiton, facilities and horses were all fantastic. i had many class lessons and a few privates and learnt a lot of new skills. I wouldnt class the horses as typical riding school ponies - they are a much better standard. In the summer i did a bit of xc which was always good fun and my jumping skills increased. Everyone was really friendly who worked there and it had a pleasant atmosphere. I made many good friends on my riding lessons as wel.....

Maximum ride = maximum action

Advantages: A good quick read for kids, Action packed, slightly witty
Disadvantages: Unbelievable, Simplistic discriptions, Slightly 2-D charcters

Riding To The Places We Have Grown

Advantages: A mellower sound that really highlights the vocals of Stringer
Disadvantages: Totally forgotten and dismissed to the baragin bins too quickly

After their success with "Place your Hands" it seems that Reef slide away into this category to almost be totally forgotten about. It would probably be a surprise to many that since releasing the track they'll always be remembered for they have subsequently released another three albums. A good ride

Advantages: good for coordination
Disadvantages: none

...this toy has no pedals. Scooting pushing it along with feet is good for your child good for building up their strength. Also good for their coordination. Trying to turn corners and reversing the vehicle children seem to master reversing quickly maybe not direction. Your child will happily push the horn to make it hoot, "out of the way daddy here I come. An Electrifying Ride!

Advantages: Vocals well done, great guitar and drum playing, awesome first half
Disadvantages: Production values could be somewhat better, not so consistent 2nd half

...Amazing! The classical guitar-work which opens the album might be misleading, but make no mistake - this is a mighty fine thrash metal album, and opener 'Fight Fire With Fire' soon becomes engulfed in blazing riffs, played at a breakneck pace. The song never lets up on the speed, and when it comes around to the vocal break there's some bloody brilliant blistering guitar leads from Hammett, followed by the guitars backing off temporarily, in which you can just sense Ulrich picking up the pace on the drums - sometimes I burst into laughter because it's so damn awesome. The perfect way to begin the album and oh yes, this is my favourite track. But other songs are as good. Title track, 'Ride The Lightning' follows, and whilst it's not as fast as the first song, it's also got great chugging guitar riffs and an electrifying guitar solo...

Schools Out

Advantages: different game modes

...I'm a big fan of the tycoon series of games - mall tycoon, zoo tycoon, casino tycoon etc so I thought that school tycoon would be another game to add to that list. I bought it for £5 at PC world and, at that price, you pretty much can't go wrong! There are a couple of different modes to this game. There is the story mode, where you have to build a school from scratch on a limited budget and operate at a profit but also meet the standards of education that you need to achieve eg sports/discipline/attendance etc. You can do this by employing the right (strict) teachers. This is where the challenge lies as obviously there is a trade-off between employing the best teachers and paying lower wages. You also get to design the layout of your school and choose what to build and where. There are facilities such as cafeterias, staff rooms...

Metallica - Ride the Lightning

Advantages: Amazing riffs, solos and the band has matured alot since last album.

...Ride the Lightning is the second studio album released my heavy metal/ thrash giants Metallica. Released July 27th 1984 and has since sold over 5 million copies in the USA alone. The album was released a year after Kill ?em all (Metallica?s debut album) and in such a short time you can really tell how much the band has matured from ruthless teenagers to more deep musicians. The album deals with what some people would call stereotypical metal themes but I think that Metallica have gone further on the topics and really put a lot of thought into each track giving each one a uniqueness about it. Ride Timeless

Advantages: probably one of the best boards on the market
Disadvantages: Won't except anything less than full throttle

After a lot of deliberation i decided to go for the ride timeless, and here's why : General Performance The timeless is mainly a freeride board and for this kind of riding it's exceptional. But you can also count of it for all round mountain performance. You can literally take this board to mach 3 and it will still be smooth and responsive, no chatter to speak of.
