Rik Mayall as Fred!

Advantages: So very very funny and cheap
Disadvantages: non yet and i have watched it lots of times

...I first watched this brilliant film when I was a small child and watched it several times when I was growing up. More recently I watched a few weeks ago with my son, now 7 years old. He loved it, he howled with laughter until red in the face. He watches it over and over again. It a clever, chaotic, hilarious concept for a film as it works on 2 levels, for adults and children. It is fun for all the family. The characters are brilliantly thought out with real depth and dimension to them. The story is easy to follow and hilariously funny. This is a laugh a minute film, totally hilarious chaotic fun. Phoebe Cates and Rik Mayall play their characters extremely well. I would not recommend for very young children as there are some mild sex references and some mild use of bad language. I have watched so many times I have lost...

Advantages: It's brilliantly funny
Disadvantages: Rik Mayall is not everyones cup of tea

Advantages: Very funny, great "Rik Mayall" comedy.
Disadvantages: None really... Very happy with the DVD!

Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

Advantages: Great night for British Blues fans....

Now call me tight (no that wasn?t an invite), but I like bargains and freebies and am not ashamed to say so. My quest took me to enough sites to hire DVDs for about four months so far (with plenty to come too). My latest free DVD site also happens to be the best I have tried for several reasons (see rest of op); the site in question is Blockbuster.co.uk.
