Rimmel London Exaggerate Eye Liner

Advantages: Opaque, good pigmentation; dries quickly; fairly easy to apply
Disadvantages: Irritates my eyes; hard to get a thin line; applicator disintegrates slightly

...I've tried a few different makes and types of liquid eyeliner; Rimmel is the one I've used the most. I usually choose the one currently branded as Glam'Eyes Professional Liquid Liner, which comes with a fairly thin brush applicator in the lid. However, I've also bought Exaggerate Eye Liner a few times. It has more of a 'felt tip' style applicator in the lid, which has both advantages and disadvantages over the brush type. Exaggerate Eye Liner is available for £4.99 from Boots. It's produced in brown and black; I use black. It's also stocked at Superdrug, and other chemists and supermarkets; Rimmel is a brand that's very easy to find. It's not cheap, but not too expensive, and their products are good quality. Guerlain Eye Liner

Advantages: Looks & Feels Amazing
Disadvantages: Price, No Smudge Brush

...I treat myself to this last month and so far I love it! I bought mine from Debenhams and paid £15.50 which ofcourse is expensive for an eyeliner so i'd class this as a luxury product. If buying online from Debenhams you have to pay £3 postage so I bought mine in store. It's also available from House of Fraser. The eyeliner has the same appearence physically to most other eyeliners. The pen is thin but has just the right amount of thickness for it to be easy to grasp and glide. There is golden writing on the side of the black pencil which reads Crayon Yeux/Eye Pencil. long pencil has a triangular shape to the body which actually makes it more practical to use as it has less tendency to slip. The overall design is not really great, it definetly doesn't look like a £15 eyeliner but there's nothing really to complain about - it's sleek...

Outline Those Eyes

...When I go out I always like to put a bit of eye liner on my eyes as I wear glasses and find my eyes disappear if I don't. I have always used a pencil for my eyes, most often I buy a kohl pencil as its nice and smooth to apply and easy for me to use. The other day I saw my 16 year old daughter a the mirror getting ready to go out. She was applying something to her eyes with a brush and from what I could see it looked really nice so I had to go over and have a look at what it was. She showed me this small pot of liquid eye liner which she had bought with her pocket money. She said her friends had all been going on about it so she though she would try it out.
