Disadvantages: Not as well pigmented as some of my other black eyeliners, lasting power

...at the full price it's a bargain! The eyeliner is widely available and it can be found in various shops eg Boots and Superdrug as well as online via websites such as Amazon and eBay. This is described by Rimmel as a precise eyeliner which produces a well defined line. They state that it 'accentuates the eyes with an intense, fade resistant colour finish.' There's no mention of lasting power on Rimmel...

The Best Kohl Eye Pencil Ever!!!! Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Pencil

Advantages: Fab price, easy application, great colour
Disadvantages: May not suit everyone

...and they aren't too expensive. The Kohl pencil is only £2.99!! I love Rimmel's Kohl pencil because it is so easy to use, I find if I make any mistakes I can easily take it off and start again, with making a real mess of my eyes. It is really soft too as the name suggests and I don't find myself dragging it along my eyelids, which can be harmful, it just goes on really easily. The jet black colour...

Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil - good quality eyeliner

Advantages: Good value; effective eye pencil; comes in a good range of shades
Disadvantages: Inconsistency in texture between the shades; doesn't always sharpen well

...I wear eye pencil on most days, and I've tried a variety of different brands and types. Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil (as it seems to be called, with a rather long-winded name!) is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I think it's my favourite in terms of value and quality.
