welcome to the country club
Advantages: computer controlled, friendly staff
Disadvantages: lack of free weights, no swimming pool
...of weight to suit your needs.
A swimming pool would be a welcome addition like the pinacle health club, however other health clubs charge more with this services and you have to make use of them to make them worthwhile.
For Peak time rate the cost is £45 a month which is reasonable seeing you have the use of the gym 7am to 10pm monday to friday, and 7am to 7am weekends....

Roko Gym Contracts - take care!
Advantages: Good quality gym equipment, nice facilities
Disadvantages: Contract conditions not kept to on their part although they expect you to keep to yours!
...The gym itself (I use the Portsmouth one) is pretty good with a wide range of facilities and good quality equipment but be careful with the contract. I recently signed up for a 12 month contract (to get the lower monthly rate) which I understood guaranteed me a fixed monthly subscription. However, only 3 months in I have received notification that they intend to increase my fees almost...
