Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Advantages: Great Gameplay - 50+ Hours, Customization, Tons of features
Disadvantages: Fading, Freezing, Average Multiplayer

...'s great to be able to have a nice balance in gameplay - you can complete a few missions then take part in a few activities. The game actually encourages this as to play certain missions you need to fill your respect bar and the main way to do this is by completing activities. Saints Row 2's soundtrack is great, the radio stations in the game have lots of new music, ranging from rap to rock. There's something for everyone when it comes to picking the right radio station for you. Weaponry in the game is much the same as the previous title, guns include Pistols, Uzi's, Machine Guns, Shotguns, Sniper rifles, Rocket Launchers, Satchel charges, Pipe bombs, Grenades, and more (including stun-guns and pepper-spray which are always good fun to use on your mate !) The game focuses on your character and his gang, trying to take back the city from your rivals. You can create your own character,however,it can only be a male. Gameplay: The controls take some getting used to, but once you've played it for a while, they're guite easy. Unlike some games whic are set in an entire city, there are no loading times when you go from one side of it to the other. The controls when driving a car are slightly more complicated than necessary, but again, get used to them and you'll be fine. ...Saints Row 2 > Grand Theft Auto 4 Saints Row 2 is a shameless GTA clone sand box game though it does many things better than GTA4. The game allows an impressive level of character customization and then sets you loose into the sandbox world allowing you to run riot with a selection of colorful side quests. These side quests are fun at first but soon get repetitive as a 'respect meter', which must be filled between each portion of the main story, relies on these side mini-games. The mini-games run out of charm long before you complete the main story arc.
