An unwinnable case?

...I am a great fan of courtroom dramas, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy John Grisham novels so much and I pretty much look on him as the master of this genre. Therefore, when I discover a book that claims that it's 'better than Grisham or your money back' I am bound to be interested. This was the claim made by the publishers of 'The Tenth Case' which meant that I found myself compelled to read it. I do think that Grisham at his best is pretty unbeatable although not all that he writes lives up to expectations. So could this book beat, or at least match, what Grisham does? Read on... Rug-tastic!

Advantages: gr8 fun

...Roads Play Rug..... Argos sell these rather large rugs for a good price of £10. We bought one for Jack so he could use his rather large collection of cars playing on the roads that are printed on the rug. Jack totoally loves it and it was well worth themoney. The rug is about 1 ½ meters by 1 meter and the colours are mainly grey and green because of the roads and gardens that are drawn onto the rug. There is also a lot of buildings drawn in on the rug too such as the police station, school and hotels. The rug is perfect for playing on and a good tough material that will take a lot of mess. I found cleaning the rug with carpet cleaner easily and hassle free and in these messy days of Jack spilling things I am also protecting my carpet underneath. The rug seems huge to Jack and he is able to spend a lot of time travelling...

...First the technical stuff, the case is made of plastic, ethylene-vinyl acetate actually, which is a form of soft thermoplastic, including recycled materials, so you could say you are doing your bit for the environment. The outer covering is hardwearing Nylon. The carry case comes complete with a wrist strap, although personally I would not trust it. It has an improved zip, apparently the old one was prone to jamming. The picture Ciao have put up is of the old model, the new one is very similar, just a little more subtle. These cases are a good idea for keeping dust and scratches at bay, however, it may have been a better idea if the case was fitted with belt loops, so you could carry it on your belt, or a strap like binoculars have, rather than risk it slipping out of your pocket, or even leaving it in the car. A case of vanity.....

...Living in a 3-storey house, I figured it would be quite useful to have a box to keep bits and pieces relating to nappy changing/grooming etc in the lounge, rather than running hither & thither from one floor to the next to find whatever it was I needed. So, I shopped around at the usual suspects ? Mothercare, Toys R Us etc, but found that most of the baby changing boxes were tacky, cheap, garish or adorned with some sort of decoration.
