Iphone 4S

Advantages: Easy to set up and use.
Disadvantages: Dire battery and basic camera

...I wanted an iphone when they first bought them out but just couldn't warrant the prices of them or the tariffs involved. I've watched as apple have bought out new versions, updated versions and finally when the 4S came out I decided I could wait no more. I bought direct from apple so got an unlocked one which meant I was able to stick with contract I already had therefore saving myself a huge amount of money and when I weighed up the pros and cons of buying one outright as opposed to with a contract it really does work out cheaper. As a phone this offers everything you could possibly want. As a smart phone it goes above and beyond. I never knew I would use a phone so much. Samsung Galaxy s II

Advantages: large screen, functionality, brand, operating system
Disadvantages: battery life and charge time

...Hello welcome to my review of the Samsung Galaxy S II, I had to buy this phone because my original galaxy S was launched at my fence by my 3 year old daughter having let her play on the talking cat game. The phone is as close and in some respects better then the iphone it is thin and has a 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus display with 800 x 480 resolution and a 1.2GHz Dual Core Application Processor therefore just like having a little PC in your hand.   iPhone 4S (32GB)

Advantages: Does everything anyone could ever wish for!!
Disadvantages: No major disadvantages for me

...a mobile phone which has advanced features - for example it has access to the internet, is able to play music, has a high quality camera and so on. A smartphone is essentially a pocket sized computer with so many brilliant features it's almost unbelievable, after having owned an iPhone for over two years I can see why they're so popular. Prior to my purchase of the iPhone 4S, I actually owned an iPhone 3GS, which I had on contract with Orange, however when I saw the advert for the iPhone 4s I knew that I just had to have it, so waited until my 18 month contract was over (luckily when I saw the 4s I only had 3 weeks left of my contract!) and then bought it.
