...After the success with the Helly Hansen undershorts I had to try out a base layer jersey. I have tried dri-fit tops before, and whilst they have been good and locking away most of the moisture, I have never tried one which has kept my as dry as the Helly Hansen Lifa. Like the Lifa shorts, the top is made out of 100% polypropylene. As with the shorts tha top is skin tight and seamless to ensure that moisture is kept away from the skin and to ensure that there is zero chaffing. Just like the shorts - the lifa is designed to be a base layer and have another top or jersey put over the top. The advert states ideal for warm to cool days - I think that this top is for cool to cold days since it is very warm. The long sleeves ensure that the whole upper body is kept covered and benefits from the stay dry effect. Saying this though...

I chose Atrixo as I use it every night before I go to sleep as it is thick and you cant really do much with your hands it they are coated in a layer of this but it works amazingly well if you use it often enough. I bought a 200ml tub from Wilko a few months ago before Xmas when my hands became so badly moisturised that I couldn’t put up with it any longer. ...You can pick this up now for around £7, I got mine free with the IPod when I bought it but to be honest mine has a clip on the back of the IPod so this protective sleeve is hardly ever used. The band itself is made of rubber, it feels comfotable to wear and is very lightweight, the rubber band adds little to no weigh to the actual IPod itself.
