Mobile Phone>Contract>3 Skypephone>3 Skypephone S2
Advantages: Good camera, easy to use and lots of different applications available to download. Disadvantages: Easy to damage and break and can be considered to small.
...Okay so as you can probably tell from the name, the skypephone S2 is not just a normal phone, it is a phone that offers free Skype calls forever. Skype calls are phone calls made from the phone to another phone through a Skype account for no charge at all. Basically, if you and your friends all have a Skype account it means you can call each other for free. You can use the phone to make normal phone calls as well, but for people with a Skype account this is an added bonus.
The phone has a great large clear screen which really helps to enable the user to utilize the phone easily and with no problems. One problem I found with the screen is it does get damaged and scratched quite easily. I pulled the phone out of my pocket one day and I noticed a big black mark in the middle of the screen - the kind of mark you get when you press...
Advantages: I has skype, and you can call people on it. Disadvantages: voicemail service, helpline, the phone in general
...From my experience of the three skypephone S2 it is a very good thing that it has skype as it has no other redeeming features. If you are recieving or sending a text then the phone cannot provide any other function, whatever you are doing on the phone is frozen. It is not very easy to find all the useful functions such as turning of the irritating keypad tones. I have missed many voicemails due to the fact that it occasionally forgets to alert me to them.
My experience of the helpline was not much better; after not recieving texts for 4 days i rang the helpline and the person told me they were going to send me an email so that i could download the software that was apparently out of date. When i eventually recieved the email a day later and followed the link the website very helpfully told me there was no upgrade to the software...

Review of Three Skypephone S2
Advantages: Performance, Handling, Grip and the fact that not many know! shhh Disadvantages: Fuel economy if your used to a small engined car.
...Fantastic car in every aspect.
I have oned my S2 for 3+ years now and i must say its a whoping car, performance, comfort, reliability and value for money is over all exeptional in most ways.
Performance 0-60mph standard is 5.9 with a top end of 155mph (mine is re-maped so 5.2 and 165mph), economy...... well we will leave that there with 18mpg average!
Handling is brilliant, a little under steer but with a little spirit this cam be over come and is far better than wild over steer!
Comfort, full electric heated leather seats which suport you well, comfort for long distance is also good and room in the back for 2 fully grown adults is ok. only bad thing is if you are over 5'11" you will strugle with head room.
Value for monney, parts are expensive BUT the need for them is few and far between so dependant on how you look at it...

Review of Audi Coupé S2
Advantages: Cheap and cheerful. Compact and attractive design. Disadvantages: Average quality sound. Will not do a high range soundcard justice.
...As a general rule my with hardware components, they are only replaced when their precedesscors finally give up the ghost. A while back one ofmy ancient (circa 2000) biege speakers stopped working, the other soon followed suit.
Being absolutely broke at the time, I waited speakerless for awhile before receiving these Logitech S2 50 speakers as a gift. Having had a Logitech branded product prematurely break on me before I wasn't too confident these speakers would last long.
I wasn't told of the price at the time but I would put a conservative estimate at them costing around 8 pounds, going solely by a price quote here on Ciao.
Upon receiving the S2 50 I was struck by the extremely convenient design, my old speakers were a heck of a lot larger and cylindrical in shape, in the past they've just been situated either side of my monitor...

Review of Logitech S2 50
Advantages: Small, ULTRATHIN, light, slim and stylish, battery lasts very long Disadvantages: Does NOT record sound, very 'fragile'
...Let me just cut to the chase. Their needs no introduction- the Casio Exilim S2 is the ultimate camera.
The EX S2 has got to be the best digital camera ever produced- unless you compare it with cameras of triple the price! I'm not saying that it overcomes the latest technology of all cameras. It is just an amazing camera that suits its price. You will not find a better camera that is cheaper than this one, unless you are looking at a used one.
Proffesional photographers...look for another camera. This is obviously NOT a camera for proffesionals, as it does not withhold enough pixels to suite their needs. So as i just said- LOOK AWAY.
All you ordinary people out their who dont take photography as a proffesion, i would reccommend you get this camera. The camera has many features such as adjustable resolutions and digital zoom...

Review of Casio EXILIM EX S2
Advantages: Excellent photo clarity, Fast zoom, Image-stabaliser Disadvantages: Can be tricky to get used to, noise prominant above 200 ISO
...on your subject and reduce the dithering, shaking effect you will get if not using a tripod. Obviously, this feature doesnt completely cut out camera shake, it will still be noticeable, but it sure as hell helps.
This camera uses 4 (rechargable recommended) AA batteries, which I prefer to specialist lithium ion batteries as you can switch to normal alkalines if your rechargable ones run out of juice.
The features on this camera can be tricky to settle into, but i guarentee within a week, you'll be using this camera as if you had been for years.
I guess this is the only bad thing I have to say about the CanonS2IS, except, as some other reviewer has stated, the noise level is particularly high on ISO200+
But, that aside, I 100% recommend this for any photographer that's looking for a camera a step up from the generic compact cameras...

Review of Canon PowerShot S2 IS
Advantages: Easy to use. will take great looking pics for you, whatever your ability Disadvantages: Bit pricey ,but value for money. smaller controls than standard SLR
...Before I bang on about the Canon S2 Is Digital camera, it is important to explain that while I believe it is an excellent camera, it is what it is within a specific price range, and is excellent because of its versatility to be as easy to use, or as creative and as flexible as you would want it to be.
Therefore this camera could appeal to both amateurs who want a good Auto everything, all round point and shoot camera, and likewise this camera has the option to be set manually, allowing the enthusiast to be more creative with their photography.
Before continuing any further, please let me say whilst I feel I have a good knowledge of photography skills, I do not intend to list the multitude of functions this fantastic camera is armed with. I feel this information can be easily found and explained more in depth technically by...
Advantages: Light, cheap for titanium Disadvantages: Small racket head
...I purchased a TiS2 about a year and a half ago as I needed a light racket after injuring a hand in a footballing accident and the TiS2 was one of the lightest rackets around together with the TiS6. Most people in the club were going for the TiS6 which has a larger head and thicker frame.
I find the racket easy to use and can handle all types of shots both with power from the base line and delicate touches around the net. I have only just replaced the strings after 1 and a half years.
As newer rackets are now coming on the market the TiS2 is now an excellent choice as they can be picked up for near the £100 which is pretty good for a titanium racket....

Review of Head TI S2
Advantages: Very light, fantastic screen, good battery life Disadvantages: 512 meg memory is a bit mean, Sony setup
...laptop with the ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 graphics adapter so you'll be able to play the latest 3D games available.
Adobe Photoshop is both memory and processor hungry. I've upgraded the RAM from the standard 512 to 1 gig (Kingston) and with this mod the unit runs as quickly as my 3500 64 bit AMD desktop.
With a weight of only two kilo's 2kg, the VGN-S2XP is small and light enough to be carried in my case or in a rucksack when I'm on my bike.
The Intel Pentium M 745 processor, which runs at a clock speed of 1.8GHz and supported by the standard, but upgradeable, 512MB of memory. Not the fastest but fast enough to run most (Photoshop, Office, Power DVD, Adobe Premiere) applications easily.
There's a thin but fast DVD RW optical drive, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a modem port, a LAN port and a Memstick slot.
An ultra portable notebook is...
Advantages: Fantastic 12X optical zoom, image stabilization. SLR style body. Disadvantages: Bulky to carry. Manual focus not easiest to use
...I have had my S2 IS for over 12 months now and have been very happy with it.
It is comfortable to use, especially if you have a preference for an SLR style grip, otherwise it is probably a bit on the bulky side.
Definately not a happy snapper, in your pocket camera!.
The zoom is fantastic and the S2 image stabilization, to help with shakey hands is one of the best I have come across for the money.
Automatic modes are aplenty, although I have found "Auto" will surfice for most situations, including indoors. The video mode is also useful, and although I have not shot video much on previous cameras I have on the S2 and been very pleased with it, especially in conjunction with the massive 12X zoom. Canon have included their rotating screen which enables you to view your shot at any angle or turn it face in and use a more...
