...I came across the Canon S200 a little over two years ago in the PC World sale when, as a student, I was looking for a cheap but reliable bit of kit to keep those coursework essays churning out (I'd rather have had an extra half hour in bed than race to college to 'bag' a printer in the IT lab...hm, not much has changed I fear). Not only did I quite fancy the price-tag (just under 30 quid), I was attracted to the S200's size - it's small enough to perch on the corner of my desk without taking up too much precious space otherwise needed for books, papers, cups of tea, elbows etc... Logitect does it again with the S200!

Advantages: Cheap, Good looking for the price, Compact, Great sound

...Who hasn't heard of Logitech? They have essentially become a household brand, with their ground-breaking products that offer functionality at a low cost to the consumer. Recent reviews that have praised Logitech's balance of cost and performance have covered their Webcams, Speakers, Mice and Keyboards, and a lot of other peripherals to boot. Review of Logitech S-200

S200 - Basic Budget Printer that gets the job done

Advantages: Very cheap to buy and run, compact.
Disadvantages: Print quality not brilliant, a little flimsy.

...I purchased a Canon S200x printer as a stop-gap measure when my absolutely dreadful Epson 680 gave up for good (a definite blessing in disguise!). I have since upgraded to the brilliant Canon i560 (which I have also reviewed) but used the S200 for a few months whilst I saved up for a better one. The printer cost me less than £40 from the superb ebuyer.com - this is especially excellent when you consider that cartridges (unofficial) for the printer can be purchased for about £3 each! Sometimes budget printers like these sting you later on the cartridges but with this unit, the cost is low and stays low! Nikon Coolpix S200

Advantages: Functions well in daylight; looks good and is fairly compact
Disadvantages: Picture quality is middle-of-the-road; is awful in low light

...The Nikon Coolpix is a good-looking camera; that is not to be doubted. I was initially very pleased with it, but have since been a little underwhelmed. Although I think Nikon are a very good company who on the whole turn out some excellent products, I am unconvinced that the S200 is one of their best pieces of work. My main gripes are twofold. Firstly, I do not think that the picture quality is anything better than average, and there are certainly better options out on the market elsewhere - I believe Olympus cameras to be very strong in this regard. Secondly, despite the emphasis on its high ISO settings in the marketing for the product, I have been unimpressed by the camera's ability to take photographs in anything much less than broad daylight. Great Set-Up for Under £30

...I bought these Logitech S200 speakers from eBuyer about 18 months ago for around £35. Setting the speaker system up was easy enough, simply a matter of plugging the bass into the mains, with the satellite speakers attached to this. The 'main' speaker has a headphone jack and microphone port as well as volume and bass knobs, with a power switch. The speaker system doesn't look particularly eyecatching or appealing, but for £35 there are very few models which would. I was surprised at how small the speakers actually were - a little taller than a 6" ruler. I was even more surprised by how loud they are capable of going. The bass is rich and even at maximum volume there is still no distortion in sound. ...I love taking photos but I am the first to admit that I am not very good at it. Most of the pics I take are just holiday snaps or pics of the family but I tend to have my fair share of blurry photos and heads cut off, although not so much now. I recently bought the Nikon Coolpix S200 as my old camera had become very aged. This camera is so easy to use it has helped me take a better class of photo straight away. It has a fairly full range of features which will no doubt take me a long time to learn to use but if you already know your way round a camera will be very useful to you. The camera is a 7.1 mega pixel which I wont try to explain but will tell you that even when zoomed in on your pc or printed in a much larger size will still provide very clear images. A 'good' cheap quality printer

Advantages: Cheap price and prints nicely,affordable ink catridges
Disadvantages: error on waste tank full, prints discolored sometimes

...I'm a 'proud' owner of Canon printers. I have 3 of it: Bjc-3200, Bjc-6200 and Canon s200. I was amazed on Canon's quality prints which 1 year after purchasing bjc-3200 without having problems. i bought another bjc-6200 and s200. Canon s200 prints nicely except for some occations during continuous printing, it sometimes prints incorrectly colored images. A 2880 x 720 dpi that works good on images and documents. Technically, their design is excellent and simple when it comes to paper feeds. load paper on back tray and prints come out at the front,less complicated in removing paper jams unlike other competitors front paper loading mechanism. when it comes to 'reliability' however.. 2 years after using all 3 printers when one of which occured (BJC-6200) an error which indicates a WASTE TANK FULL (indicated by a specific number of blinking...
