...I love good coffee. I don't drink any kind of coffee just to get my daily caffeine dose. A good coffee can be made of good raw material which for me is 100% arabica coffee beans (I prefer freshly ground coffee) and the other important factor is the coffee maker. I don't like coffee makers that work with filter. Coffee is not a kind of tee, it needs special machine. At Saeco engineers know how a good coffee is. I have this kind of coffee maker at my work place (ours at home is very similar, but other brand for financial reasons). I use it to prepare coffee for my bosses and their guests. I receive so many compliments for my coffee, you can't imagine. I could make a decision on what coffee maker to buy. I didn't hesitated much as I heard a lot about Saeco's premium coffee makers. So I choose Saeco Vienna. I won't waste your time...

Excellent coffee - accept manufacturing default

Advantages: Compact for it's functions, easy to use
Disadvantages: Had major problems with it leaking

...This was our first Saeco espresso machine purchase about three years ago. The first 8 months were a dream until it started to develop problems, which I'll detail below. But first how it all works. Why Automatic? This is an automatic espresso machine, what sold us was the fact that any body can use the thing, it's compact, and creates less mess than manual machines. We were also sold this version 'Rapid Steam' as it has two boilers as opposed to one in the straight Incanto machine. The idea behind this is that one boiler is dedicated to the temperature of the water for the coffee shot, the other to the steam for frothing the milk. Therefore you don't have to wait the 30 seconds or so for the machine to heat up/cool down between functions. How it works There's a tank at the back to fill fresh water and a bean hopper...

Saco Talea Touch

Advantages: professional brewing; great results; easy to use
Disadvantages: coffee temperature could be a bit hotter. Warming tray size too small

...I have had the Talea Touch for about one month. Previously I have had three other Saeco models, so I am used to how they work. The coffee quality is much better with this new model. Friends say it tastes more like the coffee from a cafe' shop. Great crema . Everything is easy to use. It has a milk island which is an optional extra. It produces a dense frothed milk, much like the style everyone is after today not the light super fluffy type, but you can still produce this by steaming the milk with the steam wand. The only problem I have is that the temperature is not hot enough unless you prewarm your cups with hot water. the warming tray ontop is a bit small and could be hotter. There is a two year warranty and my machine has just started to leak water a little so I hope this is the only problem I have. I will get it checked out, same...

For the serious coffee addict

Advantages: Fast, top quality espressos quickly, childs play!
Disadvantages: May be a bit of an overkill for many, quite large

Something odd about Gocoffee

Advantages: Website shows every machine under the sun, and promises normal web experience
Disadvantages: No coffee machine, no money reimbursed, no good

...This company's motto must be "Always play for time!". I ordered a Saeco Talea on June 10th - THEY DEBITED MY CARD (£545) STRAIGHTAWAY even though when I phoned 2 weeks later because of non-arrival, they said it was out of stock but coming 'next week'. I phoned every week, it was always 'next week'. On July 26th, I said enough, cancel the order, and they passed it to 'Accounts', someone called Mark (MD Mark Odley probably, the only person authorised to make reimbursements). I phoned again, but Mark had gone on holiday. When he came back, I spoke to him, and he explained that he would process a credit to my card, in the next 2 days. A week later, I made a claim under Money Claim Online. Mark's gone for the 28 days delay option, of course, I can only think the whole operation is a sham....

Nestle Coffee Mate not just for your coffee

Advantages: lasts long, makes my coffee smooth and delicious

.... The tub is light brown and there is a cup of coffee on it. It has thick cream on the top of it and the cream is coming from a heart shaped tub. Actually only the heart is visible, I just think it is a tub. It is said below the cup of coffee: ?For creamier tasting coffee?. I bought a 500 g tub for 1.76 pounds which is a friendly price. Nestle apart this Original Coffee mate product manufactures also Virtually Fat Free version, Coffee Mate Latte Creations Double Choca Mocha, Coffe Mate Latte Creations Classic. I have to admit, I haven't tried these ones as I used only half of it. I need to put only one teaspoon into my coffee and 2 spoons into my buns, so it lasts long. If you read my review on Saeco coffee maker, you know that I?m a coffee addict, but I drink only good quality and well made coffee. So for me the milk or milk powder is...

Review of Nestle Coffee-mate Original

Rebelio, excellent price, BUT!!....

...I purchased a Saeco Talea Touch coffee machine in April 2007. The price from Rebelio was excellent compared to a lot of online stores (approximately £100 cheaper). BUT! The delivery of they coffee machine was supposed to be next day. It came the next week. I found it extremely hard to contact Rebelio as they do not provide a phone number, only an email address or live chat with a person who can?t make any real decisions and has to ask a manager who responds via email the next day. Very frustrating. Once I received my new coffee machine I set it up as per the instructions. The coffee it produced was fantastic, the reason I had bought the machine. BUT!! The machine has an electronic drip tray and not until I used it to raise it for a smaller cup that I realised it was damaged. The damage did not allow the raised drip tray to sit...
